I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dominique and Justin Allen, who have been helping me with a situation I encountered with my 2024 Tucson. I ended up stranded in Vegas while on my way to pick up my husband. Dominique provided me with outstanding customer service when I arrived with my vehicle, and Justin promptly followed up with me, addressing my questions and understanding my concerns about the vehicle.
I must admit my frustration lies with Hyundai for not providing a safer vehicle. The 2024 Tucson had various issues such as the check engine light and check hybrid system light on, as well as stalling on me while driving on the highway. Without the exceptional service and support from Dominique and Justin, I would have seriously considered selling the vehicle and giving up on Hyundai altogether. Despite being from out of state, they have taken excellent care of me and provided exceptional service.
Hyundai, you should take note and hire more individuals like Dominique and Justin. It is because of their exceptional service that I am willing to give Hyundai a second chance. ... and we're back to square one! Don't buy a Hyundai if you value your sanity!
After the situation that occurred in November, the 2023 Hyundai Venue with now 3K miles on it has another dead battery! We're halfway to meeting Nevada lemon law, baby!
I've already made contact with Hyundai's executive response team. ABC Hyundai, as noted previously, was worthless as usual. No loaner vehicles available (what a surprise - not), but mentioned that Hyundai might offer rental reimbursement (unaware that I was already promised $60/day rental reimbursement through the executive team).
And I will lose my shit if one more ABC Hyundai employee asks me, "You don't have an appointment?" You sold me a dud six months ago, will take a look at the car now, and you will fix it. At this point, my Google and Yelp reviews will be my running log for getting this car replaced in six months. Expect another update shortly!
I'm not saying I want a replacement car. What I'd like at this point is for Hyundai to give me my money back so I can purchase a different manufacturer from a different dealership.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I'd like to start by commending the Hyundai Customer Affairs team, who deserve five stars for their exceptional service. They contacted me early Monday morning and maintained consistent follow-up, exerting pressure on ABC Hyundai to address the situation.
Regarding ABC Hyundai's handling of the issue, it's unclear whether the resolution was a result of their own initiative, the pressure from this review, or simply goodwill. They did replace the battery in my wife's 2023 Hyundai Venue Limited, which is a positive step. However, when my wife inquired about potential underlying issues, like a parasitic leak that could have caused the battery drain, the response was vague, limited to mentioning that diagnostics were run.
The question remains: will this issue recur? Time will tell, and there may be another review in a few months if it does. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
My wife purchased a 2023 Hyundai Venue Limited less than three months ago from this dealership. Imagine our shock and frustration when today, this nearly new car with less than 1400 miles on it wouldn't start due to a dead battery. If the battery is dead after such a brief period of time, what else might we have to worry about not functioning?
The ordeal that followed was even more aggravating. After calling ABC Hyundai, they gave us a same-day appointment. However, upon arriving, we were told for the first time that we'd need to leave the car until Tuesday or Wednesday (at the earliest) to honor the warranty. This crucial piece of information was not communicated during the initial call.
To make matters worse, both my wife and I had to drive back and forth to the dealership due to this oversight. This lack of clear communication and consideration for our situation is unacceptable and shows a disregard for customer service and satisfaction.
I regret choosing ABC Hyundai for our purchase and am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care. Buyers, beware - you might want to think twice before dealing with this dealership.

I am writing this review on my friend, William's phone...he is actually the person who purchased the vehicle!
My name is Michele Nimmo. I am going to make this review as short as possible.
I referred William to ABC Hyundai, even though I purchased 2 vehicles at Henderson Hyundai because ABC Hyundai had a larger selection of vehicles, and though I was told not to send my friend to ABC by a current dissatisfied customer of theirs, I did still recommend ABC! I spoke with the salesman over the phone and mentioned the $500 referral fee that I had seen on the internet. The salesman said that William and I could meet with him right away...so we dropped everything to go and meet with the salesman. I am not mentioning his name because my issue is not with him...it is with two managers who work there. When William and I got into the store...the first words out of my mouth were about me receiving the referral fee. I had not filled out the paperwork for the fee...because we had wanted to get over to ABC as soon as we could, to meet with the salesperson. He had gone and spoken with Mr. Neil Goalstone, the manager, and I had been verbally assured that I would receive the $500 referral fee! I believed him!
William purchased a brand new vehicle, on that day, which was at the end of December, 2023!!
Fast forwarding, I STILL have not received my referral fee...it is now 4 months after William's purchase!! I have spoken with manager Neil Goalstone NUMEROUS times....he told me that I would only receive $100 because I had not filled out the paperwork...I could have EASILY filled out the paperwork...but we had rushed over to ABC ...and I was verbally guaranteed the referral fee of $500!
After a few months of promises from Mr. Goalstone...I decided to speak with another manager regarding this situation. Mr. Jonathon Mason was the next manager. He has also promised that I will get the referral fee that I have been due since December! As of a couple of days ago, Mr. Mason has said that it is out of his hands...and that he saw it on the books to be paid to me.
I am shocked that a business is run this way!! I was very up-front about receiving the referral fee of $500 from my first phone call, and from our first meeting with the salesman! I was reluctantly having to accept $100 instead of the $500...that I had discussed, and that was verbally agreed upon! But, I have STILL not received ANYTHING, and it is 4 months after the purchase!! I was very fair from the "get go"! I only expected the same in return...and thought that I was dealing with a reputable company!
I have very different thoughts now!!

Purchasing my new car from ABC Hyundai Las Vegas was unexpected but it turned out to be the best and most amazing car buying experience I've ever had!
I had no intention of buying a new car because my car was almost paid off. But after having it stolen last February 2023 and then was vandalized a few weeks ago. It cost almost more than the car was even worth. So I reached out to the dealer side of ABC Hyundai to see if I had any possible trade in options.
A beyond AMAZING Dealer/Sales Expert, JOSH MASTERS quickly responded to my request and set me up for and immediate appointment to come in to see what they could do for me. Josh told me before we got started that he could not make any promises but that he promised he would do all he could to get me out of my damaged vehicle and into something new, something I liked, and most importantly DEPENDABLE & Consistent transportation. From start to finish Josh went above and beyond to get me everything I needed and I wanted. I have bad credit and didn't even think it was possible but Josh and the entire ABC Hyundai Dealership/Financing team went above in beyond to get me the right car with the right deal.
I strongly recommend to anyone needing or considering buying a new car to please stop by ABC Hyundai Las Vegas and see what options they made have for you, and if your lucky enough to get Dealer/Salesman Expert JOSH MASTERS just know you are in good

I wish I could give zero stars. I took it in because my car was a year old, and I had a burn in my brake fluid reservoir so it was leaking. I figured it would be under warranty maintenance, but it wasn't. They told me that a bird got underneath my hood and packed away at it. Are you kidding me? So I was out 600 bucks at a regular mechanic. I will never take my car here again nor give them my business. I even called and emailed manager of business and they did nothing. So sad because I was with them for many years. It's sad how customer service is non existent at some places.

Not everyone who goes into a dealership go out with a new car and a debt of 6 years but ALEX WAS VERY PUSHING , he even told me i was wasting his time and gave me the nasty look, also I told him if i put 10,000 dollars down how much will be my payment and he was like DONT FORGET THE TAXES IN A SONATA IS LIKE ANOTHER 3,500 if the car value is 21,000 and again he replies I DONT HAVE THAT MONEY TO PAY FOR YOU!!! WTH!! This guy is in the wrong place, if you want to avoid this rude customer service attitude go to the Hyundai in Sahara they are kind and nice an they took my 10,000 dollars down and they have the patience to explain the process of application for the credit and payments.

Our 2022 Hyundai Tucson's fuel injector stuck open, flooding our engine (at 10600 miles!!!), leaving us 600+ miles from home, on the side of the I-15. After a 2 hour tow to ABC Hyundai in Vegas, we had little to no hope of getting home. Enter service manager Paul. He patiently listened to our car's issues, quickly diagnosed the problem....made no promises but got our car in to get us back on the road, despite the heavy service schedule. He had back up plans for us too if it didn't work out, and a ton of information to help. We are FOREVER grateful to ABC Hyundai's wonderful mechanics, excellent staff and Paul. In tears!!!!

When it comes to buying a car, the whole experience can be really scary and intimidating. The employees that work at car dealerships work off of commission, so you never know if they're genuinely trying to give you a good deal and put you in a dream car or just get a commission out of you buy sticking you in whatever they can find. I didn't really get that impression from this establishment. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. I still haven't got to make my choice on whether I'm going to purchase the car or not but they are definitely in my top three choices because of their friendliness and helpfulness. I definitely recommend asking for Chelsea. She's beautiful, smart and has a great personality.

My sales associate was really cool, made the process of buying my car really painless, which was super nice! I bought my car so new that I was peeling plastic off of everything in the parking lot, so naturally they hadn't put the roof rack on yet (which was fine.) I go back a few months later and they literally made me pay to put the roof rack (that I bought with the car) on my car?? and it was like $120, which I find actually insane. Anyways, if you're buying a car here maybe ask them to put on the roof rack while you're signing papers? I don't know.

"GET IT IN WRITING!"
Ive purchased over 35 cars. This was my worst experience of ANY Dealership.
ABC Hyundai sold me a CPO vehicle with a known window crack. Aaron, the Salesman promised to have it fixed, John, the Sales Manager promised to it taken care of, when when I brought it back in to be fixed Neil, the General Manager declined to replace the window when it could not be fixed. The next day, in the cold front, on the way to church the window fully cracked beyond repair. Story: On 12/28 I went to KBB.com to see about how much I could get for my Nissan Altima as it was almost out of warranty (53k miles) and had just had the CVT transmission replaced. KBB sent back some Cash Values for about $13,000. Aaron from ABC called me within a few minutes about my Altima and that they could probably give me, "more like $14,000" and I we set a time for me to come by. I told him we might be interested in a used Sonata. Met with Aaron and they checked out my Altima. They had a Certified Pre-owned Sonata for sale that had pretty low miles listed for $17,750. Aaron then came back with the 2 first lies. 1. They offered 12,000 for my trade in. Not the almost $13k originally OR the $14k he mentioned on the phone. 2. There was a $1995 additional fee in the fine print on the add making the Sonata $19,745. When I looked at the Sonata it had a bunch of little blemished. Almost all 4 corners ad some scraps, the front windshield had a crack right in the drivers view, the front grille was cracked, the paint had some scrapes. When talking to Aaron, the salesman he had me confirm my concerns with John the Sales Manager. They confirmed they would, "Take care of the window" and do a fix all the paint issues if they could be buffed out. I would just have to bring the car back after the purchase to have them done. I brought the car back and the General Manager, Neil said they didn't make any money on the car so they would not be taking care of the window as promised. The next day, the window fully cracked. I ended up have to pay for a new window. $425.
Neil said it was my fault for "not getting it in writing"... and they would not keep their word on fixing the window. EVEN after the window completely cracked.
If i can save you any time or money. Don't believe ANYTHING these people say, GET EVERYTHING in writing. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this dealership all together.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
