EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. These folks are really running a scam on people in Tucson. The sender likely get a heartfelt thank you from the receiver and might never see that what they paid so much for is nothing like what the "florist" provided. No Ok! Caution: 1800FlowersToYou and other 800s may be using then currently..but not for long.

Tricia you are the most disrespectful person I've spoken to in a very long time. My brother sent me a Christmas floral arrangement and all of the flowers died in 3 days. When my brother called your business said you'd deliver another boquet... nothing! Then I call and speak to Tricia. What a horrific person to deal with. She hung up on me. How are you even in business? You are the WORST FLORIST I've ever worked with.

So I am leaving a review because I experienced terrible customer service about an order I made from a third party. Instead of being helpful and directing me to the right place. The manager became defensive over the phone and wasn't much help in solving the issue. The flowers we received were flat out ugly and wilted. The roses never bloomed. The manager Christina wasn't very professional in trying to make things right. Highly unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this florist unless you want ugly dead looking flowers. I'll post a photo for reference from the day these flowers were received from recipient.

There's a big difference between what I ordered vs what my wife received. She liked the flowers but it's unbelievable the amount of flowers missing. I even selected to have more flowers, I can't imagine what it would of looked like without the additional flowers.

I should have read reviews before. Worst florist ever and I'm surprised you even received yours.
The website stated they would deliver on Thanksgiving or I would have picked a different florist.
Two days after when I called to question, the woman on the phone was extremely crude, cut me off and told me in vulgar language to "do whatever I want".
When I told her I have email verification she was demeaning and said it is probably not even from their website and I didn't know what I was doing.
I asked if she could rectify the situation and send the flowers first thing this morning as the people are leaving town. She told me no and she couldn't find the order because it wasn't done on their website (which it was).
As a business owner I was appalled. I asked her if she wanted to listen to her client and she told me no and to shut up. She didn't even care to fix the problem. She then told me to deal with the owners on Monday. When I asked for the owners name she refused to give it to me and called me a "bitch" then hung up on me.
I have never been so disrespected by a business in my life. Even if they were the most gorgeous bouquets in the world (which from reviews I see they are far from it).... I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kim S.Kent, WA032Sep 18, 2023
The flowers delivered, (twice), looked nothing like the arrangement I paid for. The woman at the florist shop argued aggressively with me that the bouquet she arranged was the one that I ordered. Obviously that was NOT the case!

Flowers were sent by my daughter for my birthday, delivered a little wilted, then next day totally wilted. Shame on Abandale, you sent out your old crap, and she got ripped off. never again

Horrible horrible customer service to say the least! Called in confirming my order, person on the phone who I'm assuming is the manager was very very rude. I've never been talked to like that and the fact that they are still in business amazes me. Just wanted to order flowered delivered to a friend, but they have made it really complicated. I'm glad I'm the end I didn't make any purchase with them. Here's a tip: change that attitude.

I received these 2 arrangements (day 5) on the same day see photo. The wilted ones (pink flowers) is from Abandale florist my daughter paid $60. I noticed on first day there was no package of preservative, 4 roses with dry leaves, one broken at top, greens that fill were yellow. I had surgery called 4-5 days later spoke to manager Kelly. Her response was full of excuses and told me I should have called sooner, no apologies no acknowledgement. upon reading yelp and google reviews I see this is a business without any core values. Go elsewhere.

My son from Chicago ordered me flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day this year. They came to deliver them on Monday and we were not home so they left a card saying they had been there and to call them. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She said they drove all the way to my house which was a long ways and no one was there to accept so I had to either pick up or pay another $10 delivery fee. I asked why they didn't call me to get an alternative address and was told that would ruin the surprise of the flowers. Well, the surprise was already gone. I went to pick up the next day and the door was locked and finally someone came to the door. The flowers were a small bouquet of tulips. At the most worth $25 and will be dead in a day or two. I know my son paid closer to $100. I would not use this business the quality of flowers and the customer service is minimal.
