Aarons Taxi Service

I've called this place with no luck a few times and left messages for the last 4days with no response or call back. Was looking for a service closer to home. The two stars is for the lack of response to customers. Seems like a trend by these reviews.

So I'm running late for the airport and my son still isn't back with my car. So I google taxi's and Aaron's popped up with stellar reviews. I called and the guy that answered was kind and understood my situation. 20 minutes later, I was on my way to the airport. The car was clean and smelled fresh. He asked what I would prefer to listen to and accommodated my musical request. I will be using them on ny return trip. This was one of the most pleasant and stress free rides I've taken

I have never recommended a taxi service before, but I am pleased and excited to recommend Aaron's Taxi service. I use this taxi service whenever I am in the Houston-Humble area. The drivers are polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They arrive on time and don't try to take longer distances, in order to rack up a larger fee. If you can, ask for David. I am able to schedule this taxi company in advance, so it really suits my needs when I have to go to the airport.

Never responded o my voicemail. Are they even in business here? I use Uber and find it quite satisfactory and economical. I don't have anything else to say but Yelp has a minimum amount of letters to post. Yada yada

Despite his protest this was Aaron's Taxi. Got the number right here on Yelp and voice mail said Aaron's taxi...duh!

Another ride to the airport with David last week and it felt like a friend was picking me up. The pick up was at 2:30am from Sugar Land to IAH. David arrived before time, called me and left a voicemail to tell me that he was there but not to rush and take my time. Just like last time, smooth ride and arrived at the airport before time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a safe and reliable ride to the airport anytime of the day.

Very prompt and reliable. My driver was delayed and when I called after waiting 5 min., I was promptly taken care of at 6am in the morning. They sent another driver (1st driver got rear ended!) right away and the wait wasn't much. David was kind and very nice and made it to the airport before time.

I would highly recommend Aaron's Taxi in Houston. From what our driver told us, they are originally based out of Atlanta, and just recently began operating in Houston.

My husband and I were in town only for the weekend. When we arrived, we got a taxi at the airport, and not only were we overcharged based on the flat rates posted at the airport, but the driver was a bit strange. We did not want the same driver/company picking us up when we left.

We'd been told repeatedly that it was hard to get a taxi in the early morning on Sunday, so we were a bit nervous, as we had to leave our hotel at 6am. I hopped online and saw good reviews for Aaron's on Yelp, so I called them midday Saturday for an early Sunday pickup. We did notice that all the reviews were from Atlanta, so we had our fingers crossed!

When I called Aaron's, the man who answered was polite, professional, and friendly. He let me know how much the ride would be, got our phone number, and told us we'd receive a call when the driver arrived.

At 5:55am the next morning, we received a phone call letting us know our driver had arrived, and what kind of car he was driving. When we got downstairs, we met our driver, David, who was courteous, friendly, and professional. The car was nice, David was pleasant, and the ride cost exactly what we were quoted.

If our experience is any indication of what to expect from this business, then book a cab with confidence, because they were dependable and top notch! I wish Aaron's a lot of success in Houston.

I usually use uber but as it couldn't confirm my ride for 5am the day after thanksgiving, decided to call a taxi so there was no chance of missing my flight. Not only was Tony exactly on time, he was a joy to speak with during the 20 minute drive. I appreciated his mannerisms, especially because it was so early. It's a bit more expensive than uber, but it was super comfortable and I had no worries. I will use them again. The owner is super responsive too... even on thanksgiving day. I felt bad bothering him, but he was super professional and took great care to call me back.

Best ride to the airport EVER. Friendly, relaxed, helpful. I got a personal call to let me know he was running 6 minutes late because of an accident on I-10. I appreciated the personal touch! Bonus: our driver had a great laugh!

Before using Aaron's Taxi Service, I'd never ridden in a taxi before. I took a chance on Aaron's based on the 2 reviews before mine and I'm very glad that I chose this company. I called in advance and arranged a pickup "appointment." The projected price from Old Norcross Rd. to the Dunwoody MARTA station was $25. I got a call the morning of to confirm and my driver, Winston, was there on the dot.

The taxi was clean, comfortable and not at all creepy. At one point, the engine overheated and we had to pull over and call for another cab. Not ten minutes later, I was riding with David, the guy who had arranged my pickup. He got me to the station with time to spare and kept his word on the fare. A few days later, I used them for a return trip and got Winston...And a working car.

I would definitely use this service again. The drivers were reliable, communicative, prompt and honest. For right now, I'm too pleased with them to try anyone else.
