A1 Prep Fresh

Very good food and fresh! Portions are perfect. Delivery is seamless. Great communication. Wish they had more variety though. Not a fan of tilapia but had no choice but to get it with the plan. Otherwise, love it!

They have an online ordering system that is incredibly streamlined and gets right to the point. They have weekly and monthly options available. The perfect portion meals are tasty and fantastic for losing weight. The meals are tasty, well balanced, and have a lot of variety.

The communication is top notch. You don't have to be there when the food is delivered, and the drivers are on point with communicating when they will be in your neighborhood.

I've tried a few meal prep companies before. Nothing impressive, nothing outstanding... A1 however goes quite a bit above and beyond to make their food worth ordering.

Pros
-Delivers on schedule.
-Damn good food (chicken w the sauces!? *insert Homer mouth watering jpg*
-Changes meals weekly (no redundancy!)
-Healthy
-Takes mobile payments (Venmo)
-Different amounts of food (3 meals/day, 5 meals/day, extra protein, etc.)

Cons
-"Clean" menu not available...but as I've been told it's on its way.

I love A1 Prep Fresh! I've used them to cut weight, maintain/gain muscle, and fuel my workouts by eating to train. Quick response and they are always willing to work with me in helping me reach nutritional and training goals. The food tastes so good and their service is consistent...can't ask for much more! Very affordable and the food is tasty not bland like regular healthy food. Menu changes every week and you can choose how many meals a day you want! Very affordable and best thing is THEY DELIVER!!!! Great way to save time for busy people like me

Delicious, consistent, and healthy food every time! When I don't have time to prep my own meals, it's good to know that I can always rely on A1 Prep Fresh. The flavor is on point and the cooking method is very clean (no sugar, butter, preservatives, etc.) The owner is very friendly, accommodating and responsive on instagram. I highly recommend!

I bought a weeks worth to try and it arrived perfectly it when I tried to buy a second week I didn't receive anything. A few days later they refunded $20. I called to see what was going on with the delay. I have called many times and emailed and nothing. These guys stole my money and I was forgiving to receive my meals late but now I just want my money.

I'm a fan of meal prep & was excited to find a new local business that delivers. Food was good & filling & prices are very fair. Would recommend.

This is my first time trying a meal prep company. I am 7 months pregnant and have a very busy toddler, so not much time or energy to cook. The driver and company had a great communication with me. The portions are perfect for a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend if you want delicious food, that is fresh.
