A' Vie Nails And Spa

I tried this place right after hurricane Irma I waited to be seated for about 20 minutes. During this time I picked out my nail color. Once it was finally my turn, a technician started filling up the tub.. no liner. I apologized to the tech and asked for a liner, to which she said they did not have any. As I said okay I will not be getting a pedicure, another tech found a liner for me. I waited about 1 hour with my feet soaked in water before a tech saw me. I had two different technicians work on me. The lady that did my nails happened to be the owners sister. As she did my nails she pointed out other clients and gossiped as they picked their nail color. She also explained to me how she did not use the liners in the tubs because they were expensive for the business to buy, and how she would charge those who asked for the liners. I went back about 3 times after this, but made sure that the tech that had worked on my pedicure the first time, was available to work on me. About two weeks ago I called 2 hours ahead of time and asked if the tech of my preference was available for a mani and pedi, the "owner" said my tech was busy and could not do it right now. I added that I was planning on going in two hours, to which she replied "Aw she is busy" I said okay thank you.
As an "owner" she should treat customers with respect, as there are many nail places around. I will not go back to A Vie Nails, nor will i recommend. My business was not appreciated, I will spend my money where people appreciate my business.

You get what you pay for coming down to such an old retirement city like Palm Bay. The vibe was heavy as if I was being judged instantly upon arrival. My nails came out so overpriced for how unevenly shaped and unattractive they were. I was even was cut in the process of my service. I voiced my concerns but tried to be nice. Maybe that's my fault but I'd never spend a penny here again !

Angel and Twee have saved my eyebrows and nails more times than I can count! My eyebrows are the perfect shape and I get them waxed once a month by either of them. I have been a chronic nail biter my whole life and both have them has been very kind with the process of getting dip to finally beat my worst habit. They never made me feel bad about having short nails or when I would come in and have picked off some of my dip. They have been so supportive and now I can say I am no longer in the nail biters club!

A'Vie Nails was ok. Nothing special. I walked in and asked for regular pedicure and gel manicure. They told me to pick a color but everything was in a basket. The lady at the last table asked me what I wanted and I said regular pedicure and gel manicure. She told me I was looking in the wrong spot. We'll no one told me where the gel was. It was busy so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Took me over 35 minutes for my partner and I to get started with our nails. The pedicure and manicure were great I would just ask for better customer service.

i have never experienced a more unprofessional manicure in my life. sloppy work, rude, and dirrttyyyyy. 10/10 won't be back and 1/10 do not recommend. good luck a' vie nails and spa. oh, and the women working there were the most pleasant, which is more reason to not hire men to do a women's job.

I was on vacation visiting family with my son. I live in NY and this place is NOWHERE near the quality of NY. Price is twice as high as NYC. They didn't cut all my son's cuticles and they were a mess. They used base coat for base and top coat. Dried my nails for over and hour and because it was so thick and no top coat, they were ruined. Had to do all over again when I got home. People were nasty as well. Never again.

Twee and her staff are always friendly and ready to provide outstanding customer service. I have been coming here for at least two years regularly for pedicures and manicures. It is clean and they are always anxious to help. Prices are very reasonable and I get gel pedicures that last at least three weeks! I love consistency and receiving the same level of service every time I frequent a place. A'Vie Nails never disappoints.

First time here and I had a wonderful time. The place was busy when I got there but was taken very quickly. I pleasant gentleman showed us to our chairs for pedicures and told us to pick colors . My nail technician was Rose and she's so polite and respectful along with a good sense of humor. We chatted away while she trimmed my toes , massaged my legs and added my picked color . She even did a beautiful job with a design I asked for . It would be good if they used liners for pedicure basins

I have been to this salon many times and while I've had good services, the last ones really stood out to me. First, the last pedicure I received left one of my toes infected which cause my nail to die and lift. Second, they never have the dip powder colors that they have you choose from. Third, the manager, Twee has the WORST attitude I've ever encountered at a spa type place, she talks bad about customers to other customers & is very rude.

I would rather save my money than to spend two hours or more in a place like this again!

Tried an at-home dip kit the night before and completely butchered my nails. After doing some research, A'Vie Nails was close to home so I gave them a shot. They welcomed me with a smile and only a 5 minute wait. They fixed my horrendous nails and made them look brand new!! I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to everyone!
