A to Z Pet Shop

When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Emily who was very nice and friendly. There were some questions about the history of the dogs and she gave us all of the information which is available for anyone who wants to learn about any dog that is purchased there. She also informed us that all shots were up to date and are always kept up to date. The store is very spacious and it has a lot of different sections there including dog washing stations and a lot of different things you can get for your pet. I took a lot of different photos for you to see. I highly recommend this place for anyone.We went the next day to pick up the dog and Caroline was very pleasant to deal with and was very helpful in getting us what we needed.

I go to this Pet Shop at least once a week. I purchase Blue Buffalo foods and treats for my two dogs. Their prices are much lower than PetSmart  and all other stores that sell this brand.  I have taken advantage of their pet baths which provides everything you need to give your pet a bath.   The store is extremely clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Samantha.  

There are a few pets there that are friendly and excited to see visitors and potential moms and dads to take them to their first permanent home. This is indicative of the great treatment they receive.

I highly recommend A to Z!

My 4 year old daughter had to use the bathroom so an employee there allowed us to use the bathroom which was labeled for employees only.  My Mom who has diabetes had to use it to so she went.  The manager on duty reprimanded the employee for allowing us to use the bathroom.  My sister who also has diabetes needed to use the bathroom but they told her she can't because management reprimanded them.  My Mom bought my sisters son a turtle from there with supplies but according to their policy THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER BATHROOM!  Additionally, the turtle has worms and a crack in the shell.  The turtle was also housed in a 1 foot by 1 foot cell at the pet shop.  A turtle that size should be in a way bigger housing.  The turtle was not very well taken cared of there.
