A Latte More Than Coffee

We met Barbara several years ago, she gave us sample coffee drinks, it was so delicious...We found out she passed away last February 2021, break our hearts, we missed her so much, she's awesome and beautiful soul lady...love you, Barbara

I'm not a big coffee lover but I was intrigued by this place since I walk by it every day. I stopped in to get a mocha latte and I'm so glad I did! The owner was nice and friendly. She explained how her coffee is different from others and 100% organic. Its PH balanced so she said it would make me jittery like other coffees normally do. She was right! It tasted great and I did not get the jitters which is why I normally avoid coffee. I will definitely be back to this cute little place and I love that you can order her coffee online.

Great coffee, even cooler experience! Went in for coffee before a hike and ended up chatting with Barbara, the owner, for 30+ minutes! She's very knowledgable about coffee and took the time to explain to us how her coffee beans are roasted verses traditional coffee. The coffee was smooth and full of flavor! She even had us taste a few different brews of coffee and gave me instructions on how to brew perfect coffeee in my French press. Truly awesome experience!

So glad we stopped by! We met Barbara, the owner, who made me a delicious mocha -- so smooth! -- and my partner an espresso as well a letting him try her own unique brew. She chatted with us about her roaster and her European brewing process, and we learned a lot! I ended up getting a bag of coffee and it's delicious. She wasn't kidding about the lack of acidity; this coffee is great. It tastes "clean" in a way. I will definitely be returning.

Me and my family love this place. We order online since we're from texas. We got to visit here and she's such a great lady! Best coffee around for sure. It's not full of chemicals and crap like other coffee. Lots of options too. You'll rethink coffee once you buy from here.

I came here for the first time and ordered an iced latte. After taking a few sips in the car, I couldn't drink any more. I dumped the entire thing out. It tasted like she had given me spoiled milk. I won't be returning.

I took a day trip to Evergreen with my sister and we discovered this little gem on our trip. Usually I'm not a big coffee drinker but the coffee here is sooooo good and the owner is a wonderful woman who is very informative about the coffee processing here versus in Europe. Not only did I end up drinking 3 rather large cups of coffee, after I got home I went to the website and ordered ground coffee so I could make some at home. :) This is a "must stop" location for every trip to, or through, Evergreen!
