Will never use this florist again! Picture and description of what was ordered is NOTHING like what my daughter received.

Awesome team with great talent!!! We appreciate these florist for pulling together a beautiful arrangement for my Uncle who was a Military War Hero. A Fling of Flair was able to do this at the very last minute. As promised the arrangements were completed and delivered in a couple of hours. It was also comforting to see the flowers properly put together the next day when we arrived for the service. We appreciate this team and will spread the word about their work, with ease

I've said this 100 times to multiple people. This is the worst flower shop in Greenville. For starters I've done business with these people outside of ordering flowers and they are the rudest people I've ever met. But last year I needed a last minute arrangement for Mother's Day and as bad as I didn't want to, I called them knowing I'd have an issue. Long story short. When I arrived to pick up my Mother's Day arrangement they never made it, and said "just take something off the shelf" then got dirty looks for asking for a card to stick in the flowers. But the icing on the cake. My boyfriend ordered me flowers from this place this year for Valentine's Day. The flowers never came. They never called him to tell him "there was an address issue" they intended on keeping the money without making an arrangement. I confirmed that the address they had was correct but even if there truly was an issue. They should have called him to express the problem so the flowers could be delivered. He went to the shop and they didn't even make the arrangement. I just can't believe this place is even still open. So just beware when you order from here that your arrangement may never get made given that this has happened to me twice.

I ordered a bouquet, and I paid extra for the deluxe version. What showed up was absolutely pathetic - I would have been disappointed even if this was just the "standard" bouquet instead of the "deluxe." Huge rip-off.

My husband ordered me flowers on 2/12 for delivery on V day. He called me at 5 pm. and asked if I had not gotten anything. He sent me his receipt, and I decided to go to the floral shop to just pick them up since my office was closed. This is one day he always sends me flowers. The shop was pretty busy. A young girl first asked to help, and I explained I was just trying to pick up, and she went to the back. The problem began when a young boy asked what I needed very aggressively. I was calm, I know it's their busiest day of the year. I said my delivery wasn't delivered and she went to the back. The boy proceeded to tell me in a rant well thats all he has heard all day. They are only 6 people. What do we expect? I'm like, I'm sorry, what? I told him he was being very rude, I am a customer walking in ,he shouldn't speak to me that way. He got loud and proceeded to ask me my name, over and over. At that point I needed him to know he was doing a terrible job at customer service when I was simply trying to pick up something I didn't order to save them a trip and I wasn't even mad about it. I got mad after he spoke to me the way he did. After being treated like that, I didn't want anything from them. I wanted a refund. Please. Roll the cameras back.

Love this place! They created a beautiful bouquet for my mom's birthday. I had a few questions about pricing and the bouquets themselves, and they went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness and allowing me to customize the flower arrangement according to what my mom likes. Will definitely be back.

I wish I could give this florist no stars. My fiancé's parents ordered her the "Lively and Lucious" flower arrangement. There were several roses in then photo, no balloons, and a clear vase.
The flowers we received had 1 rose which was smushed in the middle of other flowers. We didn't know the rose was there until the very rude lady (CAROL) that we talked to at the store told us there was. There were 3 orange balloons (whatever it's fine), and there was a pink vase. We removed the lilies before bringing them in the house because they are toxic to cats and we have 2.
The woman we talked to on the phone was extremely rude. CAROL was arguing with my father-in-law and told my father-in-law that he was "retarded" then hung up on him on the phone. They called the store back and they continued to be rude and hung up again.
Then we got transferred to corporate I guess or another manager (Zach) who was also very rude.
I would just go to another florist in Greenville. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.
Edit: I want to edit my review to make things clear. We DID remove 3 lilies from the arrangement. This was not the issue. The issue was there was only 1 Rose when the specific order said "2". I uploaded the picture of the list of flowers supposed to be in it.
-The list said "5 fuscia tulips" there were no tulips in the arrangement.
-2 pink roses. There was only 1
-1 Mylar balloon. There were 3 regular balloons.
-1 white calcinea. There wasn't one white flower in the arrangement.
We did NOT ask for a refund. We asked that the arrangement that we receive to match what we ordered. We also didn't ask for CAROL to call someone a "retard" on the phone.

After you said you removed half the flowers because your cat doesn’t like particular flowers. And pop the balloons to the order. It is something totally different than what was ordered so it automatically throw a red flag up in our system. The customer was trying to get a refund. Delivery driver spoke with a guy at the residence he was very understanding but parents we’re not didn’t want to listen to the thing we had to say.If they read the small print on the website it says Similar as possible, clearly they both look alike.

I had an absolute nightmare dealing with this florist. Please go to anyone else. She will steal your money and never look back!

ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. received an email saying they were delivered on Saturday which is what I had requested only to find out they were never delivered. when I called to request a refund they refused and were extremely rude. They then literally threw together a few small flowers and delivered it. The problem is, this was Not what I ordered! And not when I ordered it so basically they tried to charge me for something and then did not follow through on the order. Watch now in their response to this they will get very nasty and disrespectful and then proceed to tell me to have a nice day. Lol don't be fooled by them. Run away from this place. Not a reputable business Extremely unstable woman tries to work there. They will state that I took a picture of the back of the arrangement lol see for yourself there is no angle that can look good. It's supposedly $100 arrangement. A 2 year old could do better lol. Very unhappy angry woman works there. But just wait she will slander me in her response. Read the other bad reviews she says the same things to all of them. Get a life lady and do anything else that doesn't involve working with people.

VERY VERY VERY disappointed with this florist and their lack of customer service. I got a joke of an arrangement using their option to let the florist design something for you, the example picture is beautiful with roses, Lillie's etc. I paid a grand total of $112.99 for a few daisy's, 1 rose, and baby's breath. This was for Valentines Day and this is what they send for that money? I called, left a message it was sub-par and I wanted to receive a call back to discuss this arrangement. I have yet to get that call. I could have gone to Harris Teeter and received a beautiful bouquet for half the cost and it would have actually looked professional. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, and reading the responses to negative reviews, these people are rude and unprofessional. She can have them back, I am disputing this purchase, I did not get what I ordered. Avoid this place!
