A Better Place Hair & Tan

I asked for my hair to not be cut straight across at my ear and that I wanted my hair to be cut short and have pointed, spike typed strands. I had a picture on my phone that could be referred to and plenty of hair to work with. I was not offered a mirror to view my hair after the woman was done.I came out with a man haircut and my hair was cut straight at my ears. I looked at my hair when I got into my car and I had several long hairs around the bottom of my hairline. First red flag...the place was not busy and other salons I stopped in had an hour or two wait. Second red flag...I told the stylist my hair had to be razor cut and thinned. I know my own hair. She told me she used scissors first then went over it with a razor. Thankfully my hair grows fast. I will NOT be returning.
