A-1 Tire & Truck Service

Avoid this place for their uhual rentals if possible! I made a reservation for a Saturday pickup "today as in right now!" and they just told me " the lady that does uhual rentals is off on Saturdays and that I have to drive a couple miles away to tire king to do the paperwork then come back to A 1 tire to pick up the trailer." At this point I'm thinking WTF! I had to drive 1.5 hours as this was the closet car trailer available to me and now there telling me this. So I drive to tire king and tell them the story and the polite ladies there start talking about how this happens every weekend. So here I am as the lady at tire king try to work this out for me. She says it could take hours! I will be making a complaint to uhual as well! I'm on a time schedule and this is ridiculous, what's te point of making reservations?

Ms. Betty was awesome and very helpful during my uhaul experience. Saved me money and was very sweet :-)
