I appreciated her from the moment we had our discovery call, she reflected and shared all the things that resonated with me. I signed up for her in person all-inclusive soul heart mind energy body healing. Before seeing her I had been experiencing fatigue and not being able to sleep through the entire night in a long time. After this session, I was energized the rest of the day and mindfully fell asleep that night and slept a solid 9 hours without waking up once!

I also feel grounded, empowered and motivated to effortlessly make healthy lifestyle choices since my session with her.

That was not the case with Winnie. She made sure to check in with me at the beginning of every visit and if what I needed that day was to have a chat and maybe cry it out, Winnie made sure to make space for that.

This was my first time undergoing Reiki and it was one of the best things I've ever done for myself. After my session my heart felt open and my anxiety greatly lessened. I feel free.
