I didn't really know what to expect when working with Alex but from the first session his knowledge for seeing structural things that could be changed within the body is phenomenal. Then in a few simple exercises my body felt stronger and more aligned than it has been in awhile. The change was not only physical I could feel my emotional state feeling better after a few short "yoga like" exercises. Highly recommend doing his program.

Alex is a great Egoscue therapist. He worked with me to understand my limitations and crafted a program to help my lower back. I do the exercises he laid out for me every morning and evening. After 2 weeks the difference was noticeable. Now I am 4 weeks in and the improvement is significant. In the past, on very active days, I could not stand up straight by the evening. My lower back would hurt significantly. I have not experienced the same pain in the evening since a couple of weeks in of doing the exercise program. I highly recommend Alex.

Having lived with low back pain for over 7 years, and having it completely gone after working with Alex, I can't recommend his services enough for anyone who wants to try a holistic approach to improving their posture and ultimately, their quality of life.

Alex was great at listening to my experiences, assessing my posture, pinpointing areas to focus on, putting together an actionable plan for improvement, and keeping me focused and positive through it all. There were ups and downs, our bodies are complicated, but the progress was consistent over time and ultimately got me to a place I never thought I would be--pain free again.

I began working with Alex nearly 9 months ago after many, many years of chronic lower back, neck and disc pain. I had tried conventional treatment of the symptoms, but never had any long term results. Alex studied my posture, carefully listened to my history, and diagnosed what was likely the cause of the pain. He designed a menu of exercises. I had almost immediate relief of pain. We've adjusted my exercises as needed along the way.

Alex has been compassionate and supportive in his approach and development of a plan. I have been able to meet and exceed my goals of being pain free and living an active lifestyle.
