Highly recommend Alex and his team, 5 star all the way. We had issues with our refrigerator, appointments were easy to make, always a call on the way before arriving, and extremely knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with, 100% trustworthy, friendly and Fair!!!

Never again. Listed under Nashua Appliance under Google search....number 1 red flag. $175 to clean a hose to a washer machine then left it full of water knowing the owner is handicap and can't get down stairs to look at it or clean it. Plenty of time to schmooze and promote their real estate business and don't forget to call us before you do anything else! Oh OK. Disgusting. Look at the now 4 one star reviews out of 12. Not a good ratio.

I called to have my dishwasher repaired and was given a window of 8am to 12pm the next day and was told we'd be the first stop. They never showed up, so I called at 12:20 to request an update and was told I was now moved to 3 to 5pm. That didn't work for me as I have work and an appointment at 4. The woman on the phone said she tells customers that times can change without notice and she most definitely did NOT tell me that when I made the appointment because I would have declined, knowing my afternoon was not free to be hijacked. Apparently, it's not in their policy to notify the customer that their time has been moved hours later than actually scheduled, you're just expected to sit around and wait. The woman was extremely rude on the phone and offered no apology or concern about wasting my entire morning. I would steer clear of this business. Rude, unreliable, and unprofessional.

Two experiences. Both nightmares.
First time I called for a dryer repair. They came and told me to get a new dryer - so I did. They also ordered some parts from me for my refrigerator - said they'd be in in a few days. After nearing nothing back for a coupe of weeks - we called - and they said they were in, but to call back tomorrow (?) to remind them to put them on the truck. (Why do you need your customer to call you back to remind you to do your job?) We did - parts still didn't come in. Finally called a couple weeks later for ANOTHER job - and they said that the prior parts were "almost in" - and they'd be brought down with the other job.
The "other" job was just to replace a fan in my oven that was loud. I gave them the oven part # on the phone so they could order it. They said that they would need to do a service call to come look at it.
So they finally came with the refrigerator parts, and charged me another service call to look at the oven. They said "Yep, you need a new fan" (I already told them that over the phone). They took the part number and never called me back. So that "service call" I paid for - I got nothing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hello Brad, I apologize for your bad experience at our company I would like to explain a few things tho. Your first service call was to inspect the dryer and it was determined to costly to repair so we reccomend you buy a new dryer to save you money instead of repairing. Secondly The parts ordered for your fridge were special order direct from LG your wife was informed it would take a few weeks and was written on your receipt an estimate of 5-10 business days for them to arrive as they were back ordered. When you called to check in there must have been some miscomunication as 2 of the shelves were in but we were still waiting for the third one to arrive I do apologize for the delay but we had no benefit for not delivering your shelves. we were at the discretion of LG awaiting their arrival. Lastly the reason we did not bring your part to repair your stove is we dont order parts that are not normal stock items until we assure that is 100% the problem because appliance parts are non returnable to manufactures and if it is to costly of a repair or wrong part we are stuck with that part. Another issue with your stove was the model number that is printed comes up non existant according to are parts suppliers so we had to send the information over to the manufacturer to order the proper fan. You provided us a model number not a part number. If you would like to talk about reimbursement for your service call please send us an email so we can get in touch with you.

Absolutely abomination of service! Be very careful; they are very shady... revamping their invoices to make them more money... despicable... they expect you to assume the risk of THEIR expenses... never again! NEVER PREPAY for a repair; they will attempt to screw you... the charge is in dispute with the bank... prepaid parts and labor... can we say no delivery of parts and labor?

Called several appliance repair companies
One company said they could come out in 4 days to
fix our dishwasher. Others didn't respond.
Finally called City Side, Alex, the owner said they
would be out the next day.
Arrived with Cisco as scheduled and fixed the problem
In less than one hour.

Refridgerator stopped cooling. I called CitySide Appliance after reading all reviews. Owner Alex made appointment for next day and then moved appointment up as his schedule cleared. He came out in a blizzard. Diagnosis revealed compressor failed and new refridgerator was best option. Alex answered all our questions on brands and what to look for with new fridge. He then offered to have us text him with our choice and he would give thumb up or down.

We had 2 issues today semi at once, a DW and an oven. I found City Side Appliance on line and called. Alex, the owner, ended up doing our service call. He came out immediately and assessed both of our appliances. He is super knowledgeable and although he could repair our appliances, because of their age, it didn't make much financial sense. They were older, so replacing them seemed more of an option for us. He helped us find the correct appliances to replace our out of date appliances.

Fast, Polite and Friendly Service - Alexander came a few hours after leaving him a message and took a look at our GE fridge. I followed his advice to let the compressor cool down and reset and it seems to be working great. Will definitely use him again if needed!
