9Round - Mooresville

This 9round location is the best yet! The gym is very clean with lots of equipment, and the trainers are amazing! All of the trainers are passionate about fitness and are willing to help you through every round. They show you what to do at each round and even help you put on and take off your gloves. Definitely recommend this location, you get a great workout for your money and you will never do the same workout twice!

My experience at 9round mooresville was great. I got an incredible workout done in just 30 minutes which I didn't think was possible. The trainers customize the workout to the individual and it's key to have corrections and 1:1 attention to maximize the exercises/boxing combinations. I also love the variety of weights/ploys and boxing/kickboxing. The other cool thing is that you can go anytime, no need to book a class. I highly recommend this gym and the trainers I met who were encouraging and informative.

The staff here are fantastic and the location is super convenient! Great workout and great results!

If you haven't tried 9Round yet, you must! It is not what you think! I was intimidated to go in for the first time because I thought it was a place where a bunch of guys go to punch it out....NOPE!! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone is so nice and there is a good mix of everyone in all stages of their fitness level. As you go thru the stations, the trainer is there to help push you, correct your form, or modify the workout if needed. They will give you your first workout for FREE so just go try it!!

I'd submitted a request online for my free workout and was quickly contacted back to schedule. I initially scheduled for the previous week but realized I had a previous appointment, so I emailed again to push it back and again I received a very quick response and was able to reschedule my appointment.

When I arrived I was greeted by the Trainer. He told me where I could put my things and proceeded to explain everything. I was nervous about walking into a Boxing location. Just because Boxers seems so intimidating. But the trainer was very friendly, helpful and personable! Previously I was curious about how it worked because they tell you the workouts are ongoing all day and that you can walk in at anytime. I thought how in the world is that possible?!?!? I don't want to walk in the middle of class and get half a workout!

But after the trainer began to explain how it worked I quickly realized the relation to their name, 9 Round Boxing, is because there are 9 workout stations that you work through timed, but at your own pace! There is a station on the wall which Flashes a light to tell you what when to move as well as a buzzer loud enough to hear but not too loud to become annoying. The lights are either Green, Yellow or Red. Green means WORK, Yellow means final 30 second push, red means prepare for the next station. As I moved through each station, the trainer explained what I needed to do at each and already had the necessary modifications ready for me. There is Dry Erase board positioned at each station with their workout of the day for that station posted. But I noticed that even those that followed that, got guidance and modifications from him to challenge them. He quickly went from person to person making sure everyone knew what they needed to do on their stations and provided guidance and motivation when needed the entire time.

I was really impressed with 9Round. When I finished I was dripppppppping with sweat! Speaking with the trainer after class he explained since I had my own gloves the cost would be $69.99 a month. I am seriously considering joining!

Great full body workout!! Plus you get a trainer helping you the whole time. Also great music! First workout is just learning how it works and learning form.
