When I bring a legit coupon into the store, I don't appreciate a condescending attitude from the cashier because there are counterfeits circulating and therefore, said coupon can't be accepted. Do your job, and don't be a jerk. I wasn't rude at any point, so I expect the same treatment in return. Congrats, 7-Eleven...your first and only review is a bad one. :D

Your employees don't wear masks!!! Even after my husband reported this last week, here is the same employee with his mask pulled down to his neck TOUCHING AND PREPARING FOOD for another patron. Reported him again, tonight. If you guys do not take action, I will take this location to the BBB. There is a huge sign ON THE DOOR that says FACE MASK REQUIRED. Ironic????? Since your complaint department seems to not give too many cares in the world, and seems to take the complaints and toss them in the trash, here is a picture of YOUR EMPLOYEE going against covid standards.

Two times, my husband has called and complained. Last week and tonight. Now, here it is for all of YELP to see. YOU'RE WELCOME!!!! Don't go to this location and certainly don't BUY HAND TOUCHED PREPARED FOOD from them.

Horrible double standards, not wearing masks while telling people to put there masks all the way on, ex. Not having nose covered so they can be IDed to buy alcohol.

Cashier was already pissed about possibly working alone for a while, vocally voiced her opinions.

I will never come to this store again, looked up all the stores the family owns. Will be blasting this on Facebook as well to display the double standard actions of this store. Avoid this store at all cost, the circle K on Russell gave great service without hesitation.

I witnessed this happening and was disgusted seeing this happen. I put my stuff down and left. Will not return. Happened at 357pm on 8-8 during the 4pm shift change.

Terrible location. They don't understand local laws and aren't willing to hire security to protect their employees. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give a negative zero I would this woman I don't know if she is the manager but holy moly. She's African American decent and a total witch. I've been a customer for about a year and she's been snotty from day one. Today was the topper. There was no one in the store. My backpack is my purse. I carry medications bcs I have breast cancer. I was listening to music with my ear buds on low and went to atm I must not have heard her to put my backpack which contained about 2300$ and 8000$ of meds in it. I guess she told me to take it off and put it on the newspaper rack. For ANYONE to steal. I pulled out my ear buds and told her only if she was a little more nicer people would like her. As I walked out the door she told me to *"+& off. Real professional. This woman needs another job. She had no customer service skills. Something wrong with her mind
She's super unhappy inside. I feel sorry for her but she needs cooperates help.

This is the WORST customer service 7-11 has to offer in all of Las Vegas! They NEVER fail to be rude and lie about information when they don't feel like doing their job they will lie to you! No such thing as "we accept payments refill on debit cards when it gets dark and start up again when the sun comes up." Has anyone ever heard of such NONSENSE!?!??! They just didn't want to do their job so they made up some STUPID rule of their own. NO BANK HAS EVER USED "stop taking payments when it gets dark and take them when the sun come up. COMPLETE NONSENSE at his 7-11 register employee made this crap up and was rude as hell!!! Please do yourself a favor, if you EVER need to put money on your netspend card, please please please DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-11, they will lie to you with some crazy crap that banks don't accept payments when it gets dark. LMAO such morons employees at this 7-11! I went to a different 7-11 just now and the guy who works there was laughing at what they did, he accepted me loading my card and everything was fine. But this 7-11 here has the dumbest 7-11 employees I have EVER come across.
