I'm a big fan of this place! Great little hole-in-the-wall right between Tipp City and New Carlisle (Tipp City definitely gets the claim). They have a great beer selection, which is set up in sort of like a market format, and wonderful food!

I've had both the wings and a couple burgers here with fries. The wings are great, and I'm a big chicken wing snob but the burgers are too good to pass up. I've gotten the Haystack burger and the one with Mac n' cheese on it as well. The mac n' cheese one is unreal but i have to be a special kind of hungry to eat it. As for the haystack, it's got the good 571 sauce on it that I'm kinda obsessed with, and pretty much every topping you can think of, including their onion rings. Its a whole lot of burger, but worth every bite!

Everything we had was good. I got the signature burger, the haystack? It was very tasty, and a new breaker to eat due to size which for me seemed like a good price for results. Would have liked more fries with it. But the fries were yummy too. I don't get to New Carlisle often so it might be the only time we go sadly.

We love this place!  Great craft beers on tap and great food to match.  It was burger night and the burger was great!  We love local and the owners are friendly!

All the hype is TRUE!! The food is aMaZiNg and the service is the best around! Brandi had a great, genuine smile and knowledge about the menu! The smoked Gouda Mac n cheese balls were out of the world and the sassy smoked chicken wings are the best I've EVER had, no need for sauce! Don't wait to win the Friday pizza  and wings, just go in; the food is better than winning the lottery! It's orgasmic

Great selection of local brews.  Always have special (ie, new and tasty) menu items that keep locals coming back.  Heads up, the locals keep the place full on Friday and Saturday evenings (because it's just so good!).  But worth the short wait.

This is a great place to eat if you're ever in the New Carlisle area. Living here, it's my family and I's go to place for wonderful food, especially pizza if you're tired of the old, stale chain pizzas. The only negative I have about 571 Grill is they don't have fountain drinks, and instead you receive a bottle of soda with a cup of ice.

This place deserves 5 stars IF AND WHEN they train the wait staff or hire experienced servers. The menu was exciting for a small town place and the food was as good as we'd hoped for. We loved the smoked wings, which came out in under 5 minutes. Our burgers were huge and tasty (I got the Mac Daddy and my DH ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger). They were so big, in fact, that we both ended up taking the buns off and eating them with a fork and knife. We got copious amounts of fresh cut fries, too. I saw their beer and wine selection was impressive. The decor (especially the floor) was cool but we couldn't figure out why they use folding 6' tables for nearly all seating, sans tablecloths or even placemats. That brought the cool factor down several notches.

All that aside, because we'd go back in a heartbeat if that was my whole review, allow me to explain the poor overall rating. Our waitress was so absent from the dining room, I can't even say the service was bad. It just...wasn't. We had to ask someone else (looked to be an owner or manager) to get her so we could order. That lady ended up taking our order, not our server, but she did bring our food out. Then, gone girl! We needed drinks, more napkins, then our bill and a box. No server ever came to the area we were seated forever. Eventually, my husband went up to the counter and asked for help. Just horrible :(

This place from the outside looks skeptical but please don't let that sway you. Excellent burger and hand cut fries. Smoked wings flash fried before serving are good but I've had better. First time here so I will def go back and try pizza. Wait staff are very pleasant and attentive.

This year for national donut day I decided to embark upon their Donut burger after one of my co-workers recommended this place. I ordered the Bacon donut burger(without bacon) and the 571 haystack (burger). My recommendation would be to order before getting there as this place is packed! I love the concept of both burgers but I feel they fell short on the execution of the patties! The donut burger had an interest contrast of sweet from the glazed donut and savory from the burger but the burger was indeed dry. The haystack tastes delicious but the toppings carried this burger as well as this burger was dry as well. I would recommend they use an 80/20 patty in order to retain the juice but overall I enjoyed my experience and will give this place another go as I am interested in trying the local beer!

Talk about a super disappointing experience. We received our drinks, but never got to order. We waited 20 minutes while we were blatantly ignored by not only one, but two servers. They not only greeted but took orders of people who came after us.

I hadn't been here since 2010, and had hoped for a wonderful experience like I had previously. No such luck. I hear wonderful things about the food but not about the service. Now I can personally see why.

Unbelievably, hands down the absolute best burger and wings around!  Found this gem while looking around on Yelp and was not disappointed! I had the Mac Daddy burger and my boyfriend had the double smoked / flashed fried wings. Mac N Cheese on a burger people!  With amazing BBQ sauce and bacon, cooked PERFECTLY!! Homemade fries and chips that deserve their own kudos as well!  Terrific service and staff, Caroline was so great to us!  She was knowledgeable and proud of the products created at this amazing place. Our first time won't be our last. Thank you 571 for the love you put into one of the best food destinations we've ever been!

Went with another couple last night for dinner, place was busier than I have ever seen it.  Received outstanding service from all the staff, specifically Casey.
The food was great as always, I had the donut burger, and it was amazing.
My wife and I have always had great food and service here; plus the draft list is always expansive and unique.

This place is kind of out of the way, that being said, GET IN THE CAR AND COME RIGHT NOW. From the service (thank you Mandy!) to the home cut fries to the burger to the skillet cookie, everything I put in my face was to die for. The Mac Burger was juicy, flavorful and masterfully designed. Every bite was delicious, the fires are crispy, fresh cut and seasoned to perfection a bit of a garlicky vibe but nothing too harsh. The skillet cookie, THE SKILLET COOKIE get a box, save room, you need this cookie in your life. Three complaints, you don't get to pick the cook temp of your burger or we didn't, the pizza crust is frozen, but my god it smells good, the carbonation in the beer is slightly off so everything is a touch less fizzy than you'd want. But 14 craft beers on tap and domestic on bottles, I'm impressed.

First time experience was for my husband's birthday on July 18th. It was taco Tuesday. Seriously the best brisket taco I've ever had. I also had the chicken and the shredded beef but the brisket was my favorite. I also had the blueberry beer which was also fantastic. The chips and salsa have much to be desired so don't bank on those. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We will be back to try the burgers.

This is s restaurant you should probably add to your foodie bucket list! The atmosphere is very fun & ecleptic. The staff were very friendly & accommodating.
I ordered the Haystack burger, and a side salad. The Haystack burger was pulled high with delicious fresh ingredients. The burger patty could have been a little more flavorful, but it was still very good and I would still order it again. The side salad was delicious, and I love the way they cut their cucumbers. They also make their salad dressings from scratch, and the ranch was very good.
My friend ordered the glazed donut burger. I was hesitant with that food combo, but it was amazing together. The glazed donut I could have ordered by itself!
We also ordered the Mac & Cheese balls, and we loved them!

New to the area and have been checking out all the local bars in the area. Stopped here on a Tuesday, hubby was craving tacos and low and behold it was taco Tuesday!!  We ordered a variety of tacos from their special Tues menu and they were all delicious! We actually ordered a second helping they were that good. We will definitely be back soon to try the burgers but I have to say...the tacos are the bomb!! Service was great, waitress was nice and cute and the house margaritas were strong! Yummy!

Saw article about 571 in Springfield newspaper...checked Yelp...made daytrip for lunch on Monday. Well worth the 45 minute drive. Great service. Good craft beer selection. My bacon cheeseburger was one of the best I've ever had, while my wife's patty melt was superb. Both of us had the hand cut fries...very good. Lots of great food with very fair prices. We'll be back...wish it was a bit closer to our London home in Madison County.
