4 Friends Moving

The movers did an okay job. They moved slow. The price quoted to me was $200 less than what they charged me after service! When I called to pay be credit card they wouldn't take my card. The office manager said that I can either pay the quoted price in cash or the charged price by credit. She then threatened that the movers would stay at my house until I paid them! Totally against the law. The office staff was unprofessional, rude, and crooked! Don't use their service. Check elsewhere. Moving is stressful enough without this nonsense.

4 friends moving company delivered what they promised. We are happy. They packed and loaded us on a Monday in clermont and delivered us 700 am on Tuesday morning in south Florida. We had a ton of packing to finish and a ton of furniture. The packing was organized and we had no damage. The movers were friendly, helpful, and energetic. Good followup after the move also.

We are so so soooo appreciative of the quality and dedication of this company. This is our second move with them and they again did an amazing job, not to mention the 10% returning customer discount. They truly went above and beyond. Our crew was Chance, Brandon and Andrew and we feel so lucky that they were the ones moving us; definitely request them... they're the BEST :) ! They moved our whole house into our new apartment on the third floor and did an exceptional job. Nothing broken or chipped, everything is in perfect condition and we couldn't be more than thrilled that they were able to do it with such efficiency and care. Thank you guys, we couldn't have done it without you!!! We appreciate you all so much! Hire 4 friends moving! Family business for over 40 years... you will not regret it.

Contacted them for a quote on a move and requested to receive the quote via email. They called me the next day and when I acted surprised they called they said "We'll pass". When I asked why they said they "didn't like the way I was talking". I reassured them that I made the request because of my schedule and was not always able to answer the phone but they proceeded to hang up on me. Wow!

Awful! Don't waste your money! Complete scam! Do yourself a favor and pick ANY OTHER MOVERS. They waited until they had all of my stuff in a truck and then changed the price. Held my stuff hostage. The worst part was that it was obvious that they use this tactic frequently.

I emailed through the website and was contacted via text by Kevin. I only had a two bedroom (no dining, no living room furniture) and they show up 4 hours late with a semi. They got my stuff loaded in the truck in an hour, but when we were ready to go the driver was not informed the move was to Winter Park. We finally get to Winter Park an hour later and the parking lot is narrow and near the only exit. I asked the driver to park in a larger parking lot and he said no I won't be able to get out so he parks it in the lane where people are squeezing by. They get done and (thanks, Kevin) I was not informed I could not use a credit card. So, I try to pulse funds and since I'm new to the area, my bank thought it was fraud and shut my card off. I came back and used my last messed up check, which by the way cleared. My son overheard one of the guys talking about how they were late and probably wasn't going to get a tip. I gave the driver $100 so hopefully he shared the money.

When the diver called in the start and stop time the woman on the phone was charging me $400 for the first 2 hours and ended up getting closer to almost $600 for 3 h 10 min. I said no, Kevin said $400 for first 3 hours and $119 pro-rated for every hours after that. Bill came to $459.50.

After the movers left, I got a call from the apartment manager and she informed me they got 17 phone calls about the truck. She said she confronted the driver about the truck and moving it and he called her a effing b.

Real nice. Never ever use this company.
