I paid for a Moog brand u-joint and received a cheap knock off, took it back and requested the moog part I paid for and they refused to exchange it. They told me my only option was to return the item and buy it again, making me lose a $10 off speed perks reward as well as a 20% off coupon. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the last few years; I doubt I will return, at least not the Sand Springs location.
