I can not speak highly enough of these guys. Open, honest and trustworthy communicators. Aren't trying to push you around or upsell you things you don't need. Not many mechanics taking you in the back showing what's wrong and the process they had to do to fix it. Thank you! Hope I don't have any more vehicle issues but if I do I know where I'll be going.

BEWARE OF THIS GAS STATION I came to this gas station for an inspection sticker I noticed after I got home my mirror on the passenger side where the inspection sticker was the mirror was damaged the mirror would not fold in it's an electric mirror. I asked the owner what happened to my mirror because it is clearly damaged I have a brand new vehicle he denied everything and was very belligerent!!!

My cars passenger side axle came out while I was pulling into their gas station. I was stuck in the entrance and I got out of my vehicle to take a look at the axle, I turned my tire and the door automatically locked. I politely went inside and asked if someone could help me open my door or if anyone had a Jimmy. The mechanic came out took a brief look at my axle and I let him know the door was locked and asked if he could help me open it, he didn't respond looked at me like I had 3 heads and went back inside and left me standing there. I re entered the station and told the gas attendant I had a tow truck coming and that a friend of mine would come and help me open the door so that I could push the vehicle out of the way. He responded "well we don't have any other option" I'll be candid they are rude, racist, and grossly unprofessional. They left me standing there and didn't offer to help with my vehicle. I will never attend this station for gas nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Lastly it's unfortunate because I would've paid them whatever they asked if they helped me.

Brought my Jeep in for an electrical problem. They kept my vehicle for 2 days then called and said it was "all fixed". I went to pick it up and asked to speak with the mechanic to find out what was wrong and how he fixed the issue. Was told he was in the bathroom. I waited 15 minutes in the office then saw my Jeep sitting outside the office, running, lights on, no one around. Asked the gas attendant where the mechanic was and was told he went home. I was then told I could come back tomorrow. Mechanic's name is Fred. I was not given a service record; only a credit card receipt for the 250 dollars they charged me to fix a headlamp. The other electrical problems still exsist and I've now taken it to yet another service station. Intermittent power to wipers, windows, blinkers, radio, heater, a/c and dashboard outlet, interior lights. I would not recommend 123 Service to anyone. Very dissappointed.

had car towed due to a tire incident .... 123 Service quickly put the car on the lift, diagnosed it, and ordered a new tire ... tire arrived within 3 hours (was expecting next day) ... was there first thing next morning and was out with new tire installed in 10 minutes!!! ... all for only $130!!!

Not the first time we have had such an incredible experience here!! ...
won't bring the cars anywhere else!!

Fred and his staff do an incredible job at an affordable price. I have been going to Fred for my cars since I started driving and unless it is something incredibly pressing, I am gonna make the drive from Boston to go to his shop. He is as straight a shooter as you will find and he will find a way to do the job for as little as possible. Also let's you know what to look out for in terms of maintenance coming up.

FRED....... what can I say? Hmmm amazing, knowledgeable, prices very well, honest, reliable. Everyone one at the garage is so helpful, friendly and have gone out of their way for me. Honestly I can't say enough good things, won't bring my car anywhere else!!!!

After my car began preferring the right side of the highway with the steering wheel straightened, I came here for an alignment. I also feared I would need to replace all tires as claimed by another shop, but the owner simply told me that was unnecessary after explaining tire tread and just did a rotation and alignment. It's been over half a year and I'm still driving straight!
