1-800-Radiator Chico

Brought my jeep in to have a radiator replaced. Payed $330 for a new radiator and was told I mite have a blown head gasket. Drove 2 miles to my house and the new radiator was LEAKING. I called to see if he'd make it rite, only to be told "its not my fault the radiator is leaking??. This shop is horribly ran and has NO customer service. He's a real dick. Now I'm out $330 and my jeeps the same as it was $330 later

Don took me with one day's notice. Service was fast about 3 hr.
Gave a ride home and picked me up when he was done. Radiator works like a charm!

My 14 year old radiator went south on me just 24 hours before my date with 3 days of Central Oregon mountain biking. Needless to say, I was not feeling confident that I'd make it all, let alone on time. I stopped into another shop first, and was referred to Del Carlo's because the first shop was too busy to take my problem on. Dominic, the proprietor, had my radiator in stock and started working on it just after I'd arrived. I handed him the key and went to lunch with my brother and his family. Less than two hours later, I was back on the road with a new radiator, hoses and coolant. Considering my logistical constraints, I could have been easy picking for any less honorable repair shop. I felt fortunate to get such great, fast service, and as a former auto industry employee, I'm very confident that my price was more than fair.

Thanks to Del Carlo's Radiator, I made my recreation date in time to enjoy the full weekend of riding. Thanks again Dominic for getting me and my truck back out on the road so quickly.
