Caliber Collision

Had to get a part on my car fixed due to a minor accident. Kenny Shepherd did a quick and accurate estimate where he did multiple reviews to ensure I was getting the correct part.

When the piece came in, he made sure there were no scratches, dents, or problems on the part before calling me to get my repair done. The same day the part came in, he was available to fix my car in under an hour.

His customer service is wonderful, he was very kind, and his work was great.

Got our Mustang back WAY sooner than originally promised. Not cheap but not really expensive. Work was perfect. Will absolutely use them again if needed.

Have never been more disappointed with a shop. 100% is the management. The manager Dave lied to my insurance company then back tracks when I ask him about it. Then calls my insurance back and changes his statement. Don't go to the caliber collision in St. Peter's off of E Terra.

I actually attempted to go to Novak first and boy am I glad I found this place. True customer service and knowledge of the business and trade is PREVALENT HERE. Even with COVID these guys helped me out major. Super friendly, paid a great amount of attention to detail during my walk through process, even helped get questions answered that didn't pertain to my repairs.
Even though I ended up going with my "cash out" offer from insurance to repair my vehicle, I would and continue to recommend this auto body location to any and all.

Safeco sent us to this shop. Otherwise, we would never have brought our car here. I don't even want to give them one star. My car was hit and they were replacing the back bumper. Apparently Caliber decided to leave the trunk open for a week and it rained, snowed (who knows) for that week. They didn't tell me that part. I found about 3 inches of water in my trunk about 24 hours after I picked up my car. I returned there very upset and they assured me that they would dry everything out and make sure everything is in working order. Nope!! I picked it up and still wet!! I ended up bringing pieces in my house to dry. They still haven't paid for all the damages and haven't given me a guarantee for the future water damage. They dodge calls and emails. James, the GM, is awful and the front office staff has no idea what is going on. And guess what??? I'm now having electrical problems. Save yourself some headaches!! Go somewhere else!!
