I stopped here to sit down for a few minutes while my husband did some sightseeing. I walked into an empty café and within 5 minutes it was jam packed with more than 30 people! I was here for ~45 minutes and saw it ebb and flow a lot. They have 5 tall stools on the right side of the store and about 10 chairs with small tables across the front of the storefront.
The staff and menu was very easy to understand. I had one pan au chocolat and a regular (small) lemonade. Both were delicious! Together, about $7 so very reasonable!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 15, 2016
" Very Good Hand Made Bakery and Sandwiches "
My family visited this restaurant and store to taste some of the handmade, and beautiful looking pastries and sandwiches. You can watch the food being made and then taste some of the great flavors of Japanese pastry. It was a very nice place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Emmanuel A.London, United Kingdom443389Feb 7, 2018
This is a really great place next to our hotel. We were delighted to find out that this place does breakfast.
Each breakfast comes with a choice of hot and cold beverages and if you choose the continental breakfast then you will be supplied with an unlimited amount of their freshly cooked bakeries from the day.
It was nice light and refreshing which is a great way to start your day in Kyoto.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steven L.Honolulu, HI11312May 15, 2019
Stopped by for breakfast to go as we're staying nearby.... excellent selection of pastries. Hours were great since most places nearby were closed
