I used to love Kura back on the states and I'm happy to see that it's similar here. The only difference is you won't have the more 'Americanized' rolls in Japan. So no Philadelphia or California rolls. The place was clean, toilet super nice. I've had booth a booth and a counter when I've come here and enjoyed both experiences!

Not English friendly, but a fun place to try sushi on a conveyor belt. It's pretty simple recipes, but lots of raw fish choices. There is the option to order from a menu.

i really like this sushi go round and i think the locals do too! you can order off an iPad or wait to see what comes around. prices are good. REALLY good. for every 5 sushi plates, you can possibly win a toy for your kiddo. i didn't see an english menu, but if you've had sushi, you probably know what it is already. they also have cooked sushi, noodles and desserts if you're not in the mood for the raw stuff.
Try to go at off times. We first went Saturday for lunch and it was an hour wait!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Javid D.London, United Kingdom29721Aug 22, 2019
Fun, clean, reasonably-priced, popular, conveyor-belt sushi buffet. Not the best selection of sushi in the world, but its OK for the low price. We went for dinner around 5:30pm so we beat the rush - it got very busy later.

Been to a lot of conveyor belt sushi spots, but nothing like this one. For every 5 plates of sushi you get a chance to play a game and win a Toy for your kid. Pretty fun way to end the meal. Sushi was delicious, they have a lot of different choices, salmon, Bacon, Pork,Chicken, fish eggs Etc. cool thing is they have a menu to identify all the sushi dishes as they go around, like and grab

I enjoyed coming here! It was very neat. It was a little hard to understand at first, but that's only because I don't know much Japanese yet. There was a bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it. Really yummy sushi that you can select off the belt or order on the tablet at your table. I recommend the fried cheese salmon sushi. I really could have eaten ten pieces!! It was so good. They also have a pretty good dessert selection.

My best tip is to tip the plate edge up. That is how you get the clamshell to open up. Otherwise all you get is your fingers snapped. Very little English but the price is right if you figure it all out. It is super fun to order food from the menu and watch it zip around and magically stop in front of your table. And play the gambling game for every 5 plates you toss down the dirty dish hole.

Best sushi I've had in Iwakuni since we arrived a few months ago! Love the conveyor belt and everything is so fresh! During lunch time the wait can be a bit long and nothing is in English but they will do their best to accommodate you.
As soon as you walk through the double sliding doors and to your right there is a machine where you "check in" with your party # and a ticket will print out for you with the wait time as well. As tables open up they will call the numbers and assign yoiu your table number. Water is available at the beginning of each aisle with cups, kids bowls, and forks. At each table is a hot water dispenser and powdered green tea. You can also order beer for ¥500 from a self serve area. Asahi beer is all they have but I think it's delicious!
After you're seated you can pick from the conveyer belt what you want, each plate is just over ¥100 and some others are a little more. You can also order specific menu items from the touchscreen at your table. After every 5 plates you get the chance to win a prize!!
Overall I love this place! Have not had a single bad experience here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Luis R.Iwakuni, Japan291Dec 13, 2016
This is our favorite sushi in town I've been here a year and haven't found one to beat this one out. Wait times during dinner and on weekends could get a bit long.
