I had no choice but to see this doctor because my Dr. Gracia Wynne-Duncan was too busy to see me (i.e. working in clinic or left early depending on who you talked to in her office). & I was pregnant & KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG!!! I spoke to her personally & she was very dismissive but "worked me in with him". Funny, I've never seen more than 1 other patient in her office when I've been there.

My husband rushed home from work to drive me to his office & w/o asking me anything (I'd never met him), he invades my body with the ultrasound wand & in the same tone as asking about the weather tells me, MY BABY IS DEAD! NO HEARTBEAT & I NEED EMERGENCY SURGERY TO REMOVE IT!  Then he tells me, "It was probably retarded and your too old to have a baby." (As my husband holds my 1 year old on his lap!) Not only was he devoid of caring, but any human emotion or beside manner. He rushed me out of there as soon as possible w/o answering any questions. He tells me he has a patient w/5 kids who has lost 5 kids. Like it's no big deal!!! Then he says he'll call my Dr. over in the hospital clinic to tell her & that I need emergency surgery so I don't get an infection or bleed to death. HE NEVER CALLED HER!!! I called the next morning, the nurse didn't bother to call me & then she was RUDE! I said why couldn't I go to the hospital to see my own doctor yesterday? The nurse lied and said she left early but the day before they ALL said she was across the street in the hospital!!!

THEN HE SPENDS 10 MINUTES ASKING MY HUSBAND WHAT POSITION HE PLAYED IN FOOTBALL & ASKING HIM WHERE HE PLAYED!!!!

Then they have the nerve to hassle me about my insurance not paying them for a previous visit which they filed WRONG!! I've told them the correct address about 10 times!

Don't put yourself through this agony! This is the best place for women in Houston to go for care? I think NOT!

I just checked out his website & his photo is easily over 20 years old. I see he's as caring about that as he is his patients.

The fam stopped into this restaurant on July 4th weekend and we wish we had gone elsewhere. When we walked in there was a wait despite nobody else waiting since nobody was at the register. Every table in the restaurant was covered in filthy dishes and food and crumbs were littered on the floor. Employees were slovenly and the morale among the staff was dismal.

The waitress finally came over and said she was going to clean all the tables eventually but she was there alone so she would get to it when she had time. We were underwhelmed but starving so we stayed. No tables were cleaned during our visit.

We were sat at a booth and she didn't ask if we needed any type of seat for our baby. My husband had to ask for a high chair which was filthy and the straps were broken. We only sat her in it long enough for us to eat.

Our waitress kept putting hot food down on the table in front of the baby! We got our food before our drinks and the drink order was screwed up. The food was disgusting w/hot and cold spots. No manager ever appeared to ask if it was okay and our waitress just seemed pissed because we were there.

I took a photo of the information for the complaint line and the waitress went ballistic and ran off the in back w/our credit card! She said why didn't you give me a tip? I said are you kidding me? You know why but since you asked let me tell you in detail. I mentioned all the problems and added that manners also matter and it's wrong to ask why you didn't get a tip. I always tip and tip very well when I get good service. I did my time waiting tables so I expect someone to do their job and doing it well is the ideal.

People refuse to provide customer service and wonder why they keep losing customers. It ain't rocket science.

A few years ago I had the misfortune of being ran over by an illegal and uninsured driver. My insurance company insisted I use these criminals and this is such a scam. They insisted on a deposit "in case my insurance didn't cover something", gave me a car w/bald tires telling me it was all they had so I had no choice but take it. I went to a night class at a college 40 miles from home and had a blow out on the freeway! Good luck getting in touch w/them. It took over an hour to get in touch w/someone in their customer service department on their 800 line. They called AAA out which took another hour.  AAA guy damaged the tire and it had to be replaced. They charged me for it. I refused to pay because my insurance was supposed to cover it AND I had the additional insurance as well. Why should I have to pay it out of pocket?

They filed a claim on my insurance which made my rates go up! I wound up having to drop out of school and even though I was never able to attend classes the college said I had to repay my grant.

NEVER use them!

Worst car rental company on the planet! All Enterprise locations are bad in my experience! State Farm's bitch of choice! I was very pregnant when an old drunk rammed our car sending me to the hospital and severely complicating my pregnancy raising my stress level and keeping me upset and causing multiple trips to the hospital. The employees at this location called me incessantly trying to con me out of money when my insurance was paying them! When their bald tires blew out on the freeway nearly killing my entire family, their employee (I'll edit w/her name later) hung up on me then claimed she had to charge her cell phone!!

Enterprise immediately tries to screw me out of money by demanding a $200 deposit when I have more than ample car insurance and had the misfortune of renting from them before.  I call State Farm and bitch up a storm and Enterprise gives me a Prius which has bald tires, scratches and something hanging down under the front of the car! I mark all these places on my contract.  This is essentially the same scam they pulled on me a few years ago! Give me a damaged car then file a claim on my insurance once I turn the car in! However, I didn't get a chance to turn the car in! I was hospitalized largely due to their BS and they had a tow truck tow the rental leaving me w/o any transportation!! This they claimed was because I didn't return ONE phone call! I was in the hospital assholes!

Even worse, State Farm WON'T PAY MY CLAIM BUT PAYS ENTERPRISE!! Texas Department of Insurance will be thrilled to hear from me as will the better business bureau and others.

Nobody should have to endure this unethical and illegal treatment! Don't ever rent a car from these people!

The Summerlin location in Las Vegas blows this one away in every area! I had such great experiences in Vegas, I had hoped to have the same experience here.

We went in around 4 p.m. on a weekday and it was a ghost town. The service was subpar and food was just okay. I expected better food and service for spending $100 on 4 people!! If you want the real Mimi's go to Vegas!

Next time I'll go to Motel 6! Same price and rooms are more updated at Motel 6. Rooms have FULL SIZE BEDS NOT QUEEN SIZE which was a major problem and I got zero sleep. Hubby is 6'8" so he had one bed and I got stuck in the other bed w/a teenager and a baby! I called the front desk and they told me they don't have rollaway beds and if I wanted pillows, I would have to come down to the front desk and get them. SOL on extra towels! No hairdryer in room, TV was old, no flat screens. No mini-fridge but they had a safe which they charge $1.50 for when you check in. If you don't use it you have to ask for a refund when you check out! The morning clerk told me they DO have rollaway beds but the night guy is new so she would leave him a note!

No AC on 3rd floor hallway! Ice machine was out of order on floors 2 & 3. Pool was dirty w/stuff floating in it! Cosmetic problems everywhere you turn that can be easily fixed. Beds were very hard but pillows were lovely.

I really wanted to like this hotel. I like the chain and have traveled across the US staying at these hotels. For $48 I guess it was okay but staff at night and the next morning was rude and incompetent.  

Win my loyalty by treating me right! I hope the owner cleans this place up, it's not that difficult!

I've eaten at every Treebeards in existence since the 1980's working in downtown Houston. The red beans and rice is one of the few things I missed while living in Vegas. I had a pregnancy craving when I forced the fam to accompany me to this location. I wish we had gone after the lunch rush. Long lines beside our table w/one guy staring us down and scratching himself. Signs at every business informing people that they don't have public restrooms for non-customers should have been a clue.

This is mostly a place for people who work downtown to eat during lunch. I think they all close at 2 p.m. and aren't open nights or weekends unless their hours have changed. They could make a ton of money if they stayed open normal hours.  

We ate outside and were approached by a homeless/drug fueled (?) guy who kept asking us for food. My husband offered him his turnip greens or spinach and he kindly replied, "I'm not eating that shit!" Nice manners. Hubby replied with a line all of our mothers employed, "You must not be very hungry then!"

Red Beans and Rice are better reheated anyway. Next time we'll choose another location. Bread pudding was also good.

I like the way this store is set up by color sections, it looks pretty and girly. They have tons of accessories in different colors but not as many clothes and nothing in plus sizes. Overpriced and none of it made in America.

I needed a break from my my infant duties so I went very casually dressed. I HATE being greeted when I walk into a store, it smacks of desperation/don't steal from us mentality. The young salesgirl (teen to early 20's) kept finding me throughout the store asking me if I was okay and suggesting that I look in the sales section! I informed her that I had money despite my tank top and flip flop attire. Smarmy little bitch! This ain't Beverly Hills Barbie!

Just for that snarky comment I stayed until they closed to make my purchase and put stuff back during check out! I won't be back to this location.

Store was clean but poor inventory. Friendly employees-a rarity for Ross!

I don't know what all the fuss is about. All I can gather is that people who never leave Texas are easily impressed. I got a combo w/a double which included sauteed onions & mushrooms (Yuk!), nasty fries and a drink for $15!! Hubby paid for it because if they told me it was $15, I would have left it there and walked out! They CHARGE BY THE TOPPING!!

The burger tasted okay but it was TINY! What a ripoff! Plus it was greasy and ruined my shirt! Highly disappointing but then again I've lived on the west coast dining on Fat Burger and In-N-Out!
