I realize that there is zero department store competition in that area for Penney's but DAMN! They MUST be going through an identity crisis thinking they are Neiman Marcus! Prices at this store are totally outrageous. I only purchased some bedding there that was on sale and it was still too expensive.

The employees were friendly and one young lady helped me carry some bags to my car but she said it was only to get away from her Hitler Youth Manager! I remarked on his overzealous flair on his badge but the remark was miles above his head-in the stratosphere!

The only thing that really set the store apart is the Sephora department inside the store! This town definitely needs a beautification project!

I hope better merchants and shopping choices are coming in the near future.

I've been eating at all El Toro locations since I was a kid. I like this location although it's very loud and the service is never as good as the older locations in Baytown. Food is good at all locations.

The fact that the building LOOKS better than other locations makes zero difference to me. The FOOD is what matters. Other reviews stating "This building belongs in downtown Houston" amuse me because obviously the were written by a non-Native Houstonian who is very superficial probably mid 20's still living at home w/Mom. To each his/her own...

There's nothing wrong with Baytown, don't be a snob just enjoy your good, cheap Tex-Mex and get your butt back to the poser side of town if you feel like you're slumming! This is not a people watching place, just a staple of good food.

I like this old location because it's quieter and you get better service here than the new fancy location on Garth Road. Food is actually better here in my opinion. The food is always a good value and service is always good.

Food is always good. I've been eating there since I was a kid. Miss the location on I-10 @ Mercury though because it's more convenient.

Vegas has the absolute worst Mexican food so I really missed El Toro.

Cheap, lots of food, good margaritas and definitely get your money's worth. Dress is casual and it's quick. Cleaner than last location.

I like this new location better than when they were @ Woodforest and Normandy. For some reason the last few times I ate at that location they had a fly problem.

I've been eating @ Chuy's since the early 1990's and this is my favorite location in Houston. Many good memories here.
I love the Jalapeno Dip @ all locations.

While I like Iguana Joe's and El Toro better for overall value and casual dining, Chuy's is a mainstay in my list of Houston faves.

My WORST EVER experience with mechanics! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PURRFECT AUTO! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR ONLY TO CON YOU INTO LETTING THEM FIX IT! I only needed an oil change and tune up. They convinced hubby (not me, I protested and threw a tantrun) that they needed to charge my A/C and do some other crap  or "the engine might freeze up" when the A/C was fine. Guess what? The A/C hasn't worked since they touched it! They must be psychic because after they put their mojo on it the engine did indeed freeze up! Voila! Abra Cadabra! Imagine if you will how much fun it was to drive over a thousand miles w/o A/C! This problem continues to evolve do to their finesse and after thy violated me for $400 I've NOW had to pay someone to fix their screw up AND my compressor is OUT now which will cost another $700-$900! Joy!

They told me I didn't need a tune up, then claimed they changed the oil and filled the fluids. When I got out on the road in the midst of a cross country road trip I discovered they didn't even do this right!

They took parts off the car so it wouldn't operate correctly then tried to sell me the parts to fix it!

I don't need the store to be in perfect condition. In reality we all know that doesn't happen anymore. This is the ONLY store that carries 7X which is what my giant 6'8" husband wears. I'd love it if they had a better selection of clothes and shoes for him. Size 15 shoes are nearly impossible to find.

If anyone knows a better place to shop for big/tall men in Houston or Vegas please let me know.

Joseph K. is definitely a company man and I find it strange that he's so loyal that he feels compelled to defend the company and the supposed good people who he hasn't worked with since 1995? Whatever! Also funny that you claim to work outside the US and your location listed as Spring, TX. I think it's highly unusual that you would create a profile solely to defend these "TITANS OF INDUSTRY'.

I don't owe anybody an apology! You need a history lesson and I doubt the information which I got from the book AND documentary Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room about Weingarten is wrong.

All these shopping centers you mentioned were not revived, they simply knocked down beloved buildings and landmarks or slapped a coat of paint on them to make more money.

Forbes magazine's endorsement proves they are on par with other greedy corporations. I bet Exxon gets an A++ Rating too!

I love these burgers and have eaten here countless times. I crave them and can't wait to get one. It's a hole in the wall place but you don't go there for atmosphere, it's all about the burgers!

If you haven't been there, you definitely need to go and taste for yourself.

I've been here many times and it's not worth the over 2 hour drive from Houston. It's cheesy.

If you've ever been to Vegas this place is laughable and depressing all at the same time as are all of the casinos in Lake Charles.
