Another reviewer mentioned how they appreciated The Shoppe's mini cupcake selection for those times you don't want to have a whole big treat. I also appreciate this option because you can maximize your tasting palette by loading up on different, bite-sized flavors!
My husband is a huge fan of the cereal selections. You can mix up your own, or pick one of their suggestions, such as froot loops mixed with trix and fresh strawberries. All these are served up with a carafe of your choice of milk.

Chopsticks Restaurant
Category: Restaurants
Peeps, when you want a good Chinese meal, go to Chopsticks. When you are tired of yet another crappy, stale Chinese buffet or combo restaurant that smells like grease, and every dish tastes strangely the same and equally terrible, making you consider giving up on the cuisine all together, go to Chopsticks to restore your faith. When you say to yourself, "Really? Is PF Changs really the only option for good Chinese food in the Springs? Really?!?" Go to Chopsticks. It is clean, friendly and so-so-so good. We had the classics here: a starter of some fantastic Hot & Sour soup followed by Kung Pao Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Both very good and the Sesame Chicken is just perfect. We left happy and planning what dishes we will try on our next visit.

Bambino's is not bad, but not great. The waitstaff is real friendly and I loved the foccacia bread appetizer that was free with our meal. I also thought the salad bar was quite good. The prices were a little steep for the quality here. For good Italian food you can do better in the Springs (see my review of Rocco's, for example). I may try this place one more time for the pizza, so perhaps my rating will change, until then, we'll stick 3 stars. Decent, but you can find better.
My favorite part about coming here is dessert. I don't often order dessert at restaurants, but almost always order the creme caramel at La Baguette. Typically this is served right when you order and I eat it right then too - before I even get my meal because it is just that fantastic. (Excuse me, I may need a moment...)

Ai Sushi & Grill
Categories: Japanese, Sushi Bars
I've sat at the sushi bar a couple times though, and have not been disappointed. The sushi chefs are spunky and fun. Orders come with miso soup and a delicious seaweed salad that has a nice and chewy piece of octopus in it. This startled me at first, but it is very good! I've had many different rolls and nigiri here and was not disappointed. The fried tempura rolls are fantastic! Meals are finished off with a decorative orange and strawberry creation that is very refreshing.
As other reviewers mentioned, I too was a bit turned off by this place being in a suburban strip mall, but it really ended up being one of my favorite sushi places in the Springs.

Their menu is quite extensive as well, offering a wide selection of curries, thai salads, noodles, traditional appetizers and even some chinese dishes. I can't wait to return and try the curries. Yum!
