Great atmosphere for a small neighborhood coffee shop. Been there mostly for lunch. The spicy ginger peanut chicken panini is great, as is the side of black bean corn salad.
Can get a bit crowded at times, so plan to go there and relax and wait a bit if you get food.
The outdoor seating is great during warm weather.

This is our go-to bar when we visit DC for a weekend. Great place to get a burger and drink away a night over several pitchers of beer.
Definitely has the college bar feel, but it has loads of character compared to a lot of the overly trendy places around Dupont Circle the GW Campus.

One of the great free zoos in the country. The walk back uphill after seeing everything is a bit rough, but still worth it.
Highlights: Red Pandas, Orangutans, Small Mammal House.
I actually really enjoy the walk from the adams morgan metro stop to the main entrance. It's much more relaxed area of town compared to the rest of DC.

We found this place while getting off the metro on the way to the Library of Congress. Good veggie burrito. Service was average.

Had brunch here on a Saturday morning. Was busy, but still able to get a booth right away. Had eggs benedict over crabcakes ... fantastic.
Highly recommended for breakfast before going out to visit the museums.

Waited about 15 minutes for a table on Valentine's Day. Great service, the host was taking drink orders for everybody while they waited in line so you could have a beer without needing to go to the bar.
This is easily some of the best pizza you can get in DC. Highly recommended if you're near Dupont Circle.

What a great place to spend a few hours. Forget the Air and Space museum off The Mall with the rest of the museums. You have to go here instead. I loved being able to go so close to all the planes. I took at least 100 pictures with my camera.
Best parts are the SR-71 blackbird, the Corcord, and the space shuttle. Also loved seeing the Tomcat up close after having watched Top Gun so many times as a kid.

Went there on a quiet Thursday night. Place has upscale decor, but is actually a lot cheaper than Blue Pacific or Tokyo Diner. Particulary enjoyed the salmon and tuna sushi. A great addiition to the restaurants in downtown Lancaster.

This is one of the better places to spend a Saturday night in Lancaster. Great food, the black bean burger I had was really good, and the macaroni salad was a welcome change from the usual fries you get with pub food. If you like beer get the Stoudt's Market Alley, which is brewed for the DipCo.
Usually starting around 10'ish they have live music on the weekends. Usually a mix of blues, jazz, or bluegrass. Really helps establish the great atmosphere at this place.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed.
It took the waitress two tries to get me a diet pepsi that wasn't all selzter water. The music was too loud, and I don't want to listen to motley crue while trying to enjoy myself in a restaurant.
I had originally intended on ordering wings, but instead of having the portions available by number of wings, they list them by the pound. How much is 2lbs of wings? According to the waitress between 10-12, and at $10 that seemed very overpriced.
I decided to go with a safe choice of the buffalo chicken wrap. It tasted like teriyaki, and was not spicy at all. The fries it came with were over salted and had been left in the deep fryer too long.
There are far better dining experiences in Lancaster. This place will need to get their act together if they want to survive long.
