NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! THEIR STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

The first time I went in I just went in for a consultation and X-rays. They took FOREVER. I was on time even though the front door was locked and I didn't know to go to the back door right away. First I waited in the waiting room. Then I waited in the X-ray room and after I got my X-rays I waited in the chair for the hygienist to evaluate me. Then I waited for the dentist. My first visit there was 2 hours long. For just a consultation and X-Rays.... The X-Ray lady seemed very hurried and barked orders at me instead of being pleasant. The hygienist really made me feel guilty about all the dental work I needed.

I came to get the work done NOT feel bad that I needed the work done. Here I thought all the pain was torture enough for putting it off this long.

Against my better judgement I continued treatment at this dental office. The first time I went in I had to wait and wait and wait. No one offered me a magazine or any form of entertainment. I understand that everywhere you go there is a wait when it comes to medical needs but I've always been at least offered a magazine while I wait. I sat in the dental room for close to an hour all by my self with no attention given to me at all.

During my second visit to the office I was told they could do all my work I needed for $2,000 and my wisdom teeth removed for about $700. So I paid the $2,000 upfront and started treatment.

I went back for a third visit to do the other half of my mouth. My appointment was at 1 and they promptly sat me in the dentist chair. NO ONE came in to check on me or do any work on me until 2:50! I was left alone with no magazines or anything at all. Not to mention they do not have cell service so I couldn't even be entertained by my phone.

After all my work was done I received a bill for over $800 including $150 I owed for my Xrays which were fully covered by my insurance and my insurance sent me a statement saying they fully covered my xrays.

I brought my insane bill in and asked them to clarify why they had charged my insurance for the work AND they were charging me for 100%  of the cost of the work  when I Should only be paying 20%. They took a photo copy of my bill and said they would call me within the week.

It's been a MONTH and they still have not contacted me.

Yesterday I received a bill for $1,500 (on top of the $600+ I paid upfront for my wisdoms to be removed)  which said my dental surgery was not covered by my insurance and I would have to pay the full amount. The SAME DAY I received a statement from my insurance claiming they had paid for my dental surgery and I was responsible for $230 of the cost. On top of that they charged my insurance for sedation and I did not go under any sedation.

I am going in there AGAIN to get this straightened out and if they don't fix it and pay me the money they have over charged me I WILL report them to my insurance for claiming services I NEVER received and I WILL take them to court. These people are STEALING their patients money and I hope they get SHUT DOWN!

You can't get better food for the price! I got the BBQ mix plate and it blew my mind! It was so yummy!!!

Also the waitress was super attentive and friendly!

I will come here again! Way cheaper than eating at Disneyland and right around the corner!

This place has great prices and the food is pretty good!

I got the pork ramen with gyoza and a California roll. The extras are $1-1.50 and are pretty good. Their gyoza was fried and not steamed.

The customer service was good and the place was quiet and empty.

Beware! The hours on the yelp page are not correct. They are open from 11:30 to 3pm and 5:30 to 9:30.

I would come here again :)

I know everyone says this but why can't you give half stars? Shoot I'd give this place no stars.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!

We went in with only one other family in the joint and we ordered one entree to share and some naan. It took them over an hour to bring our entree then another 45 minutes to bring naan. We had to ask for the Naan three times and they had brought several to the other family.  I wanted to eat my naan with the meat we ordered so by the time the naan came it was cold. Plus the plate came with no other sides (like hummus or rice) so I wouldn't say it was worth the price. They did give us our naan for free due to the wait but who wants to wait an hour and 45 min for their food?

Also the place is rather dirty and the vibe is just strange. I love whole in the wall places but this place is gross. There is a computer on one of the tables and the kitchen looks like a closet.

I will never eat here again.

The Vet office was clean and the staff was pretty friendly but the cost is out of control. I went there because they were advertised as "affordable pet care" and they had a $5 exam coupon. I didn't expect dirt cheap prices but I also didn't expect outrageous prices.

I went to get my dog caught up on her shots and see about getting her fixed.  Everything was going really well. The receptionist was nice and I liked the vet but then I got the estimation! $226.95 for three shots! That's even after the amount of the checkup was taken off with the coupon. Normally shots run from $20-$30 at a nice vet so you can understand how blown away I was when I got a $226.95 estimation.

Then they handed me the altering estimation and I was even more shocked when I saw the price... $490.27! For a 5lb dog! That's crazy!

If they didn't advertise themselves as "Affordable Pet Care" it wouldn't bother me so much. For them to advertise as an affordable place to go and turn out to be the most expensive vet I have seen in my life is false advertisement if I've ever seen it.

Needless to say... I went elsewhere.

This is my new vary favorite pizza place! The pizza is as fresh as it can get and always hot and delicious!

I have never had a bad pizza from this place and I highly doubt I ever will! Plus the staff is wonderful! (And I can watch the Laker game there) Show owner comment »

This place is grade-A disgusting!

I used to work next door to them and every time I would take out the trash I should see their dough rising on carts directly next to the dumpster and their fruit and veggie stock stored with the dumpsters as well. With flies and all! Gross.

Before seeing the grossness by the dumpster I had witnessed them taking uneaten food off a customer's plate after they leave and putting it on another customers plate!

This place is awful! My suggestion? Stay away!

This was my second visit to Texas Loosey's in years! I forgot just how fun this place was!

We stopped by for the Laker game and we were seated quickly and promptly served by really sweet waitress. I believe her name was Melissa B...  She checked on several times throughout our visit and was very nice to us! She had excellent recommendations for food and drinks. Her service alone would have made dinning here a great experience!

Along with the great service the drinks and food were amazing as well! The food tasted great and the servings were HUGE. The drinks were also super yummy and they did not get weaker as you ordered more like most places do.

So if you want hot servers, excellent food and drinks, and ample TVs for all the great games this is the place to go!!! They also have a fun filled calendar you should check out! I will be going here more often!

This is my second trip here and I was hesitant to go again because last time the service REALLY sucked. We had to get up and get our own beverages on my previous trip and our server checked on us only to drop off our food and drop off the bill.

So I really wanted Fajitas so I sucked it up and tried to give them a second chance. I wasn't shocked when I got the same service once again! The girl was super short with us and she had a rude undertone to her voice. She took our orders then didn't come back for a long time. I got a REALLY spicy appetizer and I finished my pepsi pretty quickly so I waited for her to come back to work on finishing it. She never did come back and someone else brought us our main dishes and he refilled my drink for us but brought me fajitas with no tortillas! Finally she came and brought some way later. Why bring my Fajitas with nothing to eat them in?!  After she finally brought my tortilla's she asked if I was done with my food??? What the heck?! She didn't ask if we were ok and walked off. My mouth was still burning so I was dying for more Pepsi lol but of course she didn't give me a chance to ask her so I had to ask another server. She never refilled our drinks once but everyone else in the place did lol She dropped off the bill later (Which she over charged us!) and never came back with it so I mentioned something to my friend about her getting a tip and she over heard it.  Then she proceeded to loudly complain about us to another server. HOW RUDE! First you give horrible service then you loudly insult me in front of everyone? So unprofessional!  I had to hunt someone down just to pay my bill after all of this! It was ridiculous!

This place has AWESOME food but the service has sucked both times I have gone. I say go to another El Torito in the area!

I went to Pat & Oscar's today for the first time and all I can say is "WOW!"

First thing when we got in line we were offered a bread stick to munch on while we waited. Score!

When we ordered the girl taking our order was super nice and helpful.

After we took our seats our food arrived rather quickly. The food was yummy and especially good for the low price and the staff was on point! They checked on us several times even though you place your order and pay before sitting. They were insanely friendly and personable.

I highly recommend this place if you want a ton of delicious food for a low price with great service!
