Love this place....  Its my neighborhood hang out and always a pleasure.  Their happy hour is as good as it gets.  The menu at this time is outrageous!  The best little bites to go with wine.  
Just wish they had more barstools...  
Its comfortable and easy- the staff is helpful and kind.

This company is for sure shady.   They switched owners or they don't do what they were hired to do anymore or they are short staffed or they let the permits expire...etc etc.  They have every excuse in the book.  Watch out.  Your project will have to be redone, epermitted, re-everything.  Save yourself the headache.
