wasnt expecting much from a sushi joint in concord, but this place is actually pretty good, especially the service.
walked in on a fri night, the place is pretty full and theres a waitlist to be seated. my friend knows the owner so we were seated right away, a nice little perk.
faves:
happy combo (i think?) - shrimp tempura, pot stickers, mushrooms, stuffed jalapenos, and other deep fried goodness in a basket
vinnies roll - forgot whats in it, but had generous portions of salmon on top and good dipped with teriyaki sauce
apple sake, the big bottle please!

finally had a chance to try this out after a friend recommended it. unfortunately decided to come with a friend that was on a budget, so didnt get to try as much things as i wanted to. had the:
chicken samosa - A mixture of grounded curried meat and potatoes
mandalay mango chicken - Pan fried chicken sauteed with fresh mango, onions, and green chili
chicken rangoon - with spices and sauteed with fresh tomato & onion
everything was pretty good, but nothing really extraordinary. gonna have to come back tho and try some more of the menu! 4stars for now
