I am on the quest to find thee best pizza in the UCR area of Riverside. This is one of about 8 that I will be doing. I saw this place pop up on University Ave and thought I would give it a try.
Their gimmick is having no gimmick (which is a gimmick in itself). They prices are cheap, a two topping large pizza was $7. They offer a very small selection of toppings and extra menu items. They only offer mini and large size pizza. I don't think they have coupons as that is their gimmick ( yes I like the word gimmick). The offer the following toppings, Pepperoni, Sausage, Meatballs, Ham, Mushrooms, Olives, Onion, Green Peppers, Pineapple, Jalapeos.
The pizza was a little on the small size for a large, probably a little bit bigger than a medium most places. The surprise was the pizza wasn't half bad, considering it was $7 for a large. It was on the greasy side but the cheese was quite good. I would say it was a lad bit better than a Costco pizza.

We stayed here a few years back while attending a conference and it was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. We reserved a non smoking room with a king bed. Checked in went up the stupid and slow "inclinator" which had a huge line due to its slowness because of the angle it goes up at. Hay engineering geniuses how about putting the real elevators in the middle so you won't have to go up at a 12 degree angle. We get to our room and it has 2 full beds and stinks. My wife was pregnant at the time so this didn't work.
Back to the front desk where they explain they can't guarantee the room you book, now thats customer service for you! They were kind enough to find us a room in the tower with a king bed which is fine with us as you even get to use a big boy elevator that goes up and down. The room looked fine. That night though we find out that the mattress is horrible and you can feel the springs poking into your back. To top it off we get the stupid f-ing ass hole inconsiderate drunk stupid f-ing frat boys that come in at 1 in the morning hooting and yelling. Why in the hell do hotels make the walls that thin, especially in Vegas? I was glad to get out of that shit hole

They are men and they are blue they are in a group. Together they are the Blue Man Group, not to be confused with the chronically depressed support group the blue men group. They are are also awesome. Its hard to describe why the show is as good as it is. In fact it sounds cheesy they spit stuff, eat twinkes and bang on PVC pipes. Combined with the interactivity, music and the energy of the crowd it makes for one awesome show. Would I go back? Probably not unless they change the show significantly, but then again I am a cheap bastard and usually never watch anything twice. If you haven't seen the show it is a defiant must.

This has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Modern and simple in decoration which is just my style. We stayed for two nights mid week, so the price wasn't so bad, but after having stayed at the Luxor a few years earlier I would pay any price to have a room with a comfortable bed. THEHotel did deliver on this the bed was quite comfortable. 1.5 baths and 3 TVs. Floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and sitting area. Our room also had a nice view of the Luxor and the strip. The bathroom was huge with a glass enclosed shower and a huge tub. I don't know if no one was staying around us, but the room was quite.

We ate here twice while in Vegas. The food is good and the prices aren't bad for Vegas. Got the oriental chicken salad and the pasta carbonara. Both were huge portions and the food was hot and fresh. The waiter was spot on service wise and the front greater was ontop of it for such a busy place.

I have to agree with the other reviewers this place is good. I got the California Burrito and my son got a quesadilla. The carne asada was well seasoned and there were chunks of potatoes NOT fries in the burrito(I hate fries in a burrito). It was prepared quick and was nice and hot. I shall return to Jilbertos to try their other fair.
I really don't know why my wife insists on going to Denny's. The service was horrible here as at all Denny's I have ever been to. They have kids eat free on Saturday and have 1 waitress, 1 hostess and 1 manager for a packed restaurant. I won't be back.
I have fond memories of Fuddruckers and Flakey Jakes. I ate at both of them as a kid then both of them disappeared. Now Fuddruckers seems to be making a come back with a growing number of locations in Southern California. We went to this location for my brothers 30th birthday. If you have never been to Fuddruckers they are known for their hamburgers. You walk up order and then go pick it up. The unique thing is you get to put all the produce and condiments on yourself. They make a damn fine hamburger and I have never been disappointed. The decorating in each location is unique and fun.

This is a small chain of sub sandwich shops. They have locations in Redlands, Loma Linda, and the newest in Riverside. I ate at the Redlands locations quote a bit when I was in high school, so I was happy to see that one was being open not too far from my house in Riverside. This place has great sandwiches and offer a large variety of meats, cheeses, and condiments. This place was a little touchy when they first opened which is to be expected, the cashier didn't know any of the prices, some things were left off some thing were added that shouldn't have. This place has been much better though the last few times I have gone with everything spot on. The employees are very friendly and even gave my son a free cookie.
