New favorite café in my neighbor hood. Why?
Because I frequently am looking for a café I can work at during the day. My requirements (not necessarily in order): 1.) wifi, 2.) power, 3.) good coffee, 4.) (optional) some good food
This place has all four. Sweet.

Sunshine Natural Market & Deli - CLOSED

Great produce, lots of bulk foods, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Not spectatular, but solid. Good food, reasonable prices.
Not sure it'll drag me away from the other Indian options in Ann Arbor, but definitely worth giving a try.

For a long time my car's AC hasn't worked. I had some longer drives coming up this summer, so I decided to get it fixed.
I asked Carlos, at Carlos Exclusive Auto Services, my favorite mechanic in the city for a recommendation, because sadly he doesn't do AC work. He pointed me to Alouis which I hoped would offer the same pleasant experience I always get deal with Carlos. Unfortunately, my experience with Alouis has been far from pleasent.
It started with me getting up bright and early and bringing my car in. But I didn't get up early enough, and as Alouis doesn't take appointments, got there after they had filled up for the day and they told me to come back the next day. Ugh.
The next day I arrive 10 minutes before they open and get my car in, no problem. They call me later saying they found a leak in the condenser, and basically the only way to fix it is to replace it, which will cost me $760. It feels like a descent chunk of change, but I tell them to go ahead as it'll be worth it to have the AC in tip-top shape again.
So I get the car back, everything's great, take a trip and a couple longer drives, and the AC is keeping me cool. But then a few weeks after I was in the shop there's a pop, and a hiss, and green liquid under my car, and the AC doesn't work!?!??!
I go back to Alouis, they take a look. This time is the compressor. I always thought the compressor and the condenser were the same thing with different names, but now I have clearly learned they are not. The compressors seal had broken, and it'll cost $700+ to replace the compressor this time. Arg!
How do I know they didn't screw something up with the condenser that caused this compressor problem?
I didn't have them fix it. I intend to go get a second opinion, and try to find out how likely it is Alouis caused this second problem.
I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but from the other reviews on here, and my general impression of them, I don't trust them.
Think twice before you take you car into these guys.

Service was very poor. Out of bitters for my old fashioned.
Only giving 2 stars because the atmosphere was nice, otherwise it'd be 1.
