Horrible.  Worst employees ever.  Lazy, incompetent and non-caring.  What the other reviews stated were seen by me too.  Never go here.

For a chain, they make all their breads on premises.  The bread is awesome.

They also cater and there's no additional charge for delivery.  And we had it delivered on Easter, and there was still no additional delivery charge.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.   Portion sizes are great and the prices are very fair for the value you get.

For our recent delivery, we had the assorted sandwich platter, which had Asiago Roast Beef; Ham & Cheese; and the Mediterranean Vegi Sandwiches.  All were great.  We also had the Fuji Apple Salad and the Thai Chicken Salad.  Both were exceptional.  Also in the order was Broccoli cheese soup & Chicken noodle soup.  Since I was a bit hungover, I opted not to try the soups, but our guests enjoyed them.  To finish off the meal they delivered fresh out of the oven chocolate chip cookies, which were awesome.

The whole thing was for 12 people and we had plenty of leftovers and the total bill including tax & tip (our option) was $214.  It also included a huge container of coffee.  They do the little things, great packaging, all utencils, napkins, all the coffee sweetening options, cups, bowls, plates and 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee.  This was a complete meal all the way.

I've ate many times at the actual store, and it's always clean and moves along nicely, plus they have free wi-fi.

Imagine if you will that you speak absolutely no Spanish (its easy if you try).  Now imagine that you are going to try to get a hair cut and only one of 5 people that are working here speaks a few words of English.  Now realize that you're in Wellington, FL.  Pretty ridiculous.

But, the boy needed a haircut and they had SpongeBob on (with subtitles, no lie).  The women who ended up cutting the hair with the help of the "translator" did a capable job.

I have no problem with people speaking another language, but when 4 out of 5 people there can speak no English and the 5th can speak un porquito (sorry if I botched that, but I'm barely good at speaking English, let alone any other languages), it is pretty ridiculous.  I could see if this was a specialized Latino market, but not a haircut place in a mall not in Miami. Love Air Jamaica.  The planes are dated inside, but the service is great and the fact that they give snacks, and most importantly, don't charge for luggage and give every ticketed passenger TWO free bags up to 50 pounds each, they're top notch in my book.

Prices are usually pretty good.  They can get a little on island time with delays, but they're not horrible.

Highly recommend them.

Clean, very spacious room.  Very friendly staff at check-in (at 8pm) and at check-out in the morning.

Nice little spread for breakfast included and was fully stocked.

Drawback was that the floors are thin and you can hear the people above your room walking, just like the people below you can hear you walking.

But the best part of this place is that they had, easily, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.  Not just in a hotel.  EVER.  Wanted to steal it.  Found out it's a tempurpedic and the wife & I are planning on purchasing one now.

Great for gamedays or just stopping through, a solid hotel.

Meh.  Went there based on the ESPN slug that eats in the towns of each of the Saturday night games.  He loved it.  He apparently has a very weak palate and poor choice in food.

The service was fair, but not great.  It was crowded, but still had empty tables.

The food was mediocre and very typical of college town food.  My wife had the grouper sandwich, which was poorly trimmed and the fatty tissue between the meat & skin was underdone and felt like underdone beef fat, but with no taste.  Fortunately, it was only at the end of the sandwich that she experience it.  I had the gumbo, which was run of the mill, and then the playing it safe shrimp quesadilla.  The shrimp were small canned shrimp, ridiculous.

The kids had the flatbread pizza, which was very tasty, by far the best thing we had, and the requisite chicken fingers, which were fine.

Wasn't expensive but wasn't cheap. It's a fun place and would probably be great for slamming back some beers and eating the, presumably, safe apps, while watching football.  For dinner, ehh.

Jersey Mike's Submarine Sandwiches

They have absolutely massive subs, biggest in the industry.

We go to this place once a year, on New Year's Eve (that's how we roll).  We get a few subs and take them to the Delray First Night event.  Every year we get the same few subs, Turkey, Roast Beef and a Tuna.  Every year they are delicious and fresh and we're always impressed.

This past year, we did the online ordering thing.  It was a mess, as they had just implemented the system and the subs weren't made.  The manager dropped what he was doing and immediately prepared our subs.  Pretty stellar customer service in my book.

Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of imagination in toppings and the seemingly limited menu.

But this place is great for common subs.  Great bread here, the key to a great sub.

Solid fresh sushi with some great lunch specials.  They have a $9.95 sushi or sashimi plate with a roll (sushi, not bread), salad or soup special and a $10.95 sushi/sashimi combo that comes with the sides.

The fish is really solid and the service is friendly.

The place has a robust wood smell to it, almost like a fire place, which at first is a bit disconcerting as the whole decor is wood and you fear it's going to burn down.  But then it becomes a nice background smell.

They do deliver so that's great since my office is nearby.

World of Beer

They have a million beers.  Some times they only have 900,000.

Seriously, they have the best selection around.  They have knowledgeable bartenders, but many of their servers aren't too educated on the frothy beer they're serving.

The place gets packed and can get slow.  Some of the bartenders are better than others.  It's best to know what you want and be ready to order on busy times, that will keep the brews flowing.  Otherwise, you could dry out waiting.

It's fun when they have bands on weekends, as they have them on a stage overlooking the crowd, so it doesn't cut down on drinking space.  Plus the sports viewing there is excellent.  The outdoor seating is great, but you then have the server issue.  Best bet is to hunker down at the bar early with a solid bartender, get to know them and they'll take great care of you all night.

Inexpensive, tasty subs.  The bread is nice and fresh.  The service was great and the staff was super friendly.

We went there the morning of the Orange & Blue game.  Busy day but they busted out service quick, accurate & with a smile.  I was very impressed.

Not the biggest place, but I'm sure that it's perfectly suited for their normal needs.

I'd go here again for a sandwich on gamedays, no doubt.
