Dropped in on Joti's class at Mission Dance several months ago and loved the energy. I'm now part of Duniya, so needless to say, I love them :).

Dance styles are woven together with reverence to their origins to create emotionally uplifting pieces that are sure to delight! Styles include Bhangra, West African Drum and Dance, House/Hip-hop, and more.

Good location, charming interior, fantastic service, but the food is hit or miss.

I had a papperdelle ($17), my friend ordered a lamb tagliatelle ($17), and my other friend ordered vegetables ($15). The papperdelle and tagliatelle were sent back because it was much too salty to eat. The tagliatelle was a bit raw as well. As for the underwhelming vegetable dish (which had spinach, string beans, green cauliflower, and corn), the cauliflower was not steamed correctly and was rigid.

We re-ordered a pancetta sandwich($11) and halibut ($23). The pancetta sandwich was masterfully balanced with just the right amount of avocado and the halibut was perfectly cooked. If we had ordered these dishes to start with, I'd be giving this place 4 stars.

Throughout the process, our server was pleasant and accommodating.

Bottom line: get some consistency in the kitchen!

You like cheese? Vella likes you! Best consumed after lunch and in-between wineries :)

A mainstay in all my visits to Sonoma now, I generally walk away with several pounds of cheese, half of which is consumed that day.

Skip the wines (they're mediocre) and bring your sunglasses on a bright day. This place gave me the inspiration to build a man cave! It is built right into a hill replete with short elephant grass, sculptures, reflection pools, and natural lighting. It's windy and exhilarating.

When I get rich, I'm building a man cave in a hill with a wine cave and inviting all of you over! That is all.

What a great place!  I came in a decent-sized group (11), yet the service, attention, and charm is unparalleled.  It doesn't get crowded here because it's hard to find and they opened up to the public early this year (I believe).  This is an all-organic, all-natural vineyard and they are in the process of bringing balance back to the local ecosystem.

When we arrived, we meandered over to the lawn that overlooks their southern vines, where they laid out blankets for us.  There are also a couple of picnic benches and an unassuming swing that twists you from side to side. Next time I go, I'm bringing a hammock to sling up, provided they let me.

Their open tasting room is adjacent to an air conditioned showroom with a beautiful backlit wine rack. We hid in there from the 80 degree weather between sips of wine, swings, and jaunts to the hacienda.  As dilapidated as the hacienda is, it's charming and fun to explore.

The sommeliers (two ladies) were very attentive and more than happy to give us a tour of the grounds, which include the hacienda, hen roost, and garden.

It's $15 for a tasting of four wines which range from $40-$70 a bottle.  We tasted their Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot, and Cabernet, which is superb! From what I can remember, it is not overly tannic (acidity balances it fairly well), is jammy/fruit-forward, and has a silky finish.

I'm definitely coming back here and joining their wine club. Pictures to come.

Service quick and friendly, food fantastic - comparable to the tapas I've had in Spain. The portions are large and start at $5.

If you haven't been, start with the sangria, patatas bravas (mildly spicy), and pollo adobo.

It gets very loud in there even when it's not crowded.  There's something about good conversation over tapas.

Bottom-line: Woohoo!

How accurate, 4 stars.  This place could run away with 5 stars if they did one more thing right: Tapas selection.

Tapas: Granted, I'm not Spanish and I didn't grow up on Tapas.  But I've been to Spain, speak spanish well, and appreciate Spanish Tapas.  When the Sangria is consistently that good, I expect more variety in tapas!

Decor: Fantabulous.  I feel like I'm in some random place disconnected from the curbside just outside.

Sangria: Bloody good.  Not the best I've had (there's this cafe in Boston, south of central square, forget the name), but consistently grand.

Service: Hooray! Gold star.

I'd definitely come back, definitely for sure.

I'm the mayor of this place on foursquare, so what does this tell you?  They're the best sports bar in the area, that's all.  Best as in enough TVs to cover Sunday football.

What can they improve on?
-Service
-Sports BABY! While it gets crowded, this is the most tame sports crowd I've ever seen.  Gimme a break! e.g. TD!! woop-di-doo.
-Food.  Seriously, the food is blasphemous.  The chicken wings were flabby on the skin (frozen too long I surmise).  The chilli-cheese fries? Fries with one bean and a string of cheese.

Plus points:
- there is one TV that gets the feed about...10 seconds before any of the others.  Someone explained me why, but I forget. Hilarious
- Pliny the elder (formerly thought of as planet of the elders)
-TVs!
-um...only decent sports bar in the area

Beretta has everything, EVERYTHING!

BUT

a good winelist.  Buff up that list y'all and you looking at a revised 5-star rating!

I had two of the wines there and they were so forgettable I forgot what they were. Keep in mind I didn't try any wines by the bottle (they had some respectable ones there).

Everything=
-The bartenders, baristas, owner, all were amazing and friendly.
-The decor is relaxing
-The music is relaxing, yet carries a subtle and refreshing beat
-The food is scrumptious
