Food is average and service was friendly but forgetful. Never got a bread plate after asking for it and they forgot to place the order for my main entree. Waiter did not even realized that everyone at the table was served but me and we had to grab their attention. They obviously rushed the new order in and delivered it without much apologies. Everyone else at the table had already finished their meal. An attentive waiter would at least apologize or offer a complimentary dessert in these circumstances.

Great independent movie rental store. Yes the atmosphere is mom and pop, but that's why you go there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is the kind of place where they would "threaten" to not rent you anything else unless you pick up a must watch movie (Memento in this case). This is the kind of passion that only people who love movies would show. Once they know you, they can recommend according to your taste. Also, they carry a decent selection of foreign and independent movies.

A refreshing oasis In the world of Blockbusters and Starbucks.

Redwood General Tire Service

I've gone to General Tires several times now, usually when I'm in a pinch because of a flat tire, dead battery, etc. Those guys always managed to give me great service right away and get me in/out in less than an hour, even when they are really busy. Their service is really good and their price fair. I like the fact that it's a local business and I would encourage everyone to patronize them.
