Met up with girlfriends to catch up and had the best time. We ordered:

Every single one of these dishes... PHENOMENAL! Would definitely recommend forever and always.
I ordered the Shiromaru Hakata Classic + seasoned soft boiled egg. It was good, but not magical. Something was amiss and I can't quite place my finger on it except to say... it just doesn't have the flavor Santouka gives me.
My girlfriend had the limited Wasabi Tonkotsu Ramen, which definitely cleared her sinuses and made her cry.
We both had the pork buns. Good, but... I think I can get better back at home. Not to complain though! Because I'm very glad I had it!

Came with a girlfriend and ordered a medium pepperoni and olive that could have easily fed one more body. The ingredients are incredibly fresh! Each slice got better with every bite. Amazeballs. Amaze. Balls!

We had the garlic mayo (yum!), black truffle oil (OMFG!) and a parmesan-something type of sauce (hello!). All three were amazing!
The "fry experts" (thank you sasha g.) were very nice and gave great suggestions. I couldn't be more happy and cannot wait to come back!

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. The portions are great. I love the soft boiled egg and seaweed. The broth is good.. I mean, not good enough for me to shout from the rooftops, but fair.

Located inside the Ferry Building, Miette just oozes cuteness with their decor and friendly staff! I bought Graham Crackers and Gingersnaps for my coworkers back home (graham crackers... fav!) but my seester and I got macaroons to eat right then and there. Our favorite was hands down the Raspberry Macaroon (tip - it's seasonal!)
Can you please open up shop in Los Angeles?! I'd visit you forever!
