The family and I heard about this restaurant from a co-worker. The external part of the business does little to represent the service and food found within. We knew the food was good when an anxious customer started banging on the front door trying to get in to their 5 o'clock dinner service.
Once inside, the establishment is pleasant. Each table has a gas grill where you can cook your own food. In the middle of the room are two islands that serve cooked food and raw meats.
Unsure where to begin, our waiter did a superb job of introducing us to the meats, how to use the grill, and sauce/condiment recommendations. I felt a little nervous about doing it wrong, but after a few rounds of bulgogi and spicy pork I was ready to go.
Please note that you will probably have to change your grill often as it tends to get dirty with all the food. Don't worry though, the waiter will take care of that for you.
Overall, it was a great experience and one that I would do again.
