My car had some relatively minor damage to the rear bumper and tail light. After getting estimates at other body shops, I went to B2.
There was a tiny bit of chipped paint that wasn't on the plastic bumper. All other body shops quoted me for the repaint of that entire panel. One told me that they couldn't guarantee the work without it! B2 was able to fill the chip and protect my car from corrosion without the expensive panel repaint. It made a big difference when paying out of pocket.
When I got my car back, the chip fill didn't color match with the surrounding paint. After mentioning this to them, they fixed it right away and even filled in the paint chips on the FRONT of my car with the leftover paint.
My car looks better than ever! I would definitely do business with them again.
