Ember Nevill with Fired Up Fitness, has the energy that is completely contagious.  She has this captivating personality that would inspire anyone to get up and move.  Her experience and knowledge in fitness and nutrition is bar none.  If you have the opportunity to be in her presence, consider it an honor!!  Thanks you Ember, for delivering such motivation through fitness and health!

I was in town visiting my Dad and wanted to get some food that wasn't in a hotel.  I stumbled across Karlo's and was satisfied, as at this point, I wasn't picky.

I was seated, as a party for 1, within 10 minutes and promptly met by my server.  Ordered a Transluescent Chocolate Martini and steamed muscles to start and was content.  Came fast.

Next up, main dish, and wasn't even done with my muscles.  I ordered the grilled Talipia with steamed veggies and lemon wine sauce.  It was average.  Way too much sauce, which made the veggie's seem very heavy and soaked.

It was okay, as I've had far better Italian.  But it met the purpose.

My husband and I went here for a date night last evening and it was amazing.  

The food, the atmosphere, the service and the Belly Dancing was great.  We were greeted kindly and sat at our table that had a nice "reserved" sign on it.  Great to be seated, even though we were 15 mins early.  Got to enjoy a bit of happy hour, feasted on appetizers and the main course.  

Our apps were the Baba Ganouje (sp?) and the Fried Cauliflower.  And good heaven, they were both DREAMY!!!  Then we each got the Greek Salad as part of our main course and devoured that.  

Then, I want to say the best part, but that's still to come.  The main course.  It was delicious.  I had the Seafood Kabobs over rice and the salmon was flaky and prawns cooked just right!  My husband had the Beef Shwarma and he was in hog heaven.

Ok, the best part...the dessert.  I wasn't going to order dessert, but when the Balklava is served to you "comped", you can't just turn it away.  We both lapped it up and couldn't be more thrilled.  

Overall, the experience was wonderful.  The restaurant was small, yet quaint.  We timed our reservations well, as it definitely got busy, as I think most were there to catch the 7:30pm Belly Dancing entertainment.

We are big fans of Pho...especially when the family gets hit with the flu bug!  

The location is great, as it's close to my house and the restaurant is always clean.  A little "cold", but clean.  

I own a small business, so anytime I can support another small business, I'm all for it.

I just LOVE the store, the employees, the atmosphere and of course, the gear!  

Each experience has been fabulous as I've always gotten the God's honest truth on any article of clothing I'm debating on purchasing.  They want you to be confident in what you purchase, not just settle.  

Also, as a Fitness professional, I like to look and feel confident in my attire, as that's what I "wear to the office".  Nothing like jazzing up a hot looking hoody and/or legging's to take the kids to school or dash off to teach a class.  

Good stuff!

We LOVE Serendipity.  It's fantastic for families with younger kids, as the dedicated children's play area, allows the Mom's (or Dad's) to joyfully sip on your coffee or wine.  

The food is pretty decent and the owners are always willing to put something together, upon special request.  

We've been going for years, every Friday night.  Saturday is kids eat free, so that's a huge bonus when looking to eat out, but on a budget.

It's been an incredible opportunity to work with Steve McDonald of the Practical Social Media University.  My business has seen growth beyond what I could've sat down and figured out on my own.  Steve and the PSM University has allowed me to better leverage my position in social media to continue to fuel my business and allow me to focus on my most important priority - my kids.  

The University has great tools to help anyone from a newbie to seasoned social media users.  I couldn't be more thrilled to have had the opportunity to work and learn from Steve.

Sara is an incredible personal trainer.  I had the priviledge of taking one of her Bootcamp classes and she's dedicated to YOUR success and goals.  She's thorough in walking you through each move, to be sure you have proper form and get the most out of the workout.  She's extremely personable, energetic and has incredible encouragement, making you feel like you will not fail.  She's a wonderful person, both personally and professionally.
