So glad I found these guys on Yelp!!! After a quick conversation with Hugo, I knew CSI was the one... Hugo was very accommodating to work with my schedule & a couple days later Aris came out to inspect.

Aris was amazing! Friendly, professional, thorough & an all around good guy! He walked me through the entire process and in the end his brutal honesty has made me very confident about making the right decision. Not only was it a detailed, meticulous inspection, but it was very informative too. The information he shared with me was priceless. My realtor even learned a few new tips!

Compared to other reports I've seen, CSI's inspection report is so detailed! I received it the same day via email. Everything is online & is also downloadable as a PDF. The report included all of Aris's photos, along with his detailed descriptions, and links to terminology & even linked out to video examples! Their report is drafted in a way that will not only help you, but also your contractor. It's obvious that Hugo & Aris love their job & care about providing the best for their clients.

this is the best burger in LA.... but finding a seat still sucks balls.

I came here last week because I had a craving for my mom's spaghetti. Jollibee comes close to my mom's, it just needs more meat sauce & hotdog slices, but the taste is very close to home... yes, hotdogs in spaghetti, it's not weird, it's fucking delicious, don't judge me.

Anyway, this day I went, I discovered something truly Filipino aka bonerific on the menu... SPAM & CORNED BEEF SLIDERS!!

Are you kidding me?! I grew up on canned meat! Add some cheese on these bite size pieces of heaven and get in my fucking belly!!

Everyone compares Jollibee to McDonald's, but If you're from the midwest like me, I like to compare it more to White Castle. Much like White Castle, It's an acquired taste. If you think this is Filipino cuisine, it's not... it's crap fast food that taste like home to Filipinos. Btw, the regular burgers are shit covered in jizz sauce, do yourself a favor and just go to Father's Office if you want a good burger, but if you like shit covered in jizz sauce, try the burger.

My friend Matt M gave this place 2 stars, but he's white... so... there's that. My friend Jason Z, who is gay, has not eaten here.

This place rocks my dick off!! I stayed here for the Pacquiao-Clottey fight... my man Manny won, but holy crap what an uneventful fight! Clottey should be ashamed to call himself a boxer. He didn't even fight! He was scared to box with Manny! It got so bad we started rooting for Clottey! Okay, let me stop this rant about Clottey being a shitty fighter. Let me get back to this awesome Hotel!!

So check this out, when I arrived to DFW airport, I made my way down to Courtesy Van pick up, called the hotel, & shuttle service was there to pick me up within minutes! I arrive to the hotel & the front desk greeted me with a smile & a gift bag. A gift bag filled with snacks & a drink. Perfect for my arrival.

My friend arrived an hour later @1am, but being our first time in the city we wanted to go out. But what stays open later than 2am? I've heard strip clubs stay open till 4am! Sweet, let's go see some titties! Hi-five!

So we go down to the lobby & tell the front desk we want to see titties. They say shuttle service can take you. Yes, you heard correct. The courtesy shuttle drove us to Jaguars strip club. The shuttle runs  24/7 & anywhere 5 miles radius from the hotel. They drop us off & said call us when you want to be picked up. You're kidding right? Not only are you taking us to the titty club, but you're gonna pick us up too?! Hi-five!

4am rolls around and they kick us out of the club. We call the shuttle & wait outside. It was just like when you were a kid; you have your mom drop you off at the mall & you call her to pick you up when you're done... it was just like that! But instead of walking out with shopping bags, we walked out with boners & glitter on our faces! Fuck yeah! Hi-five!

Nudity makes a man hungry, so we ask our kick ass driver where can we eat? We see a Waffle House down the road & I jizz my pants again! Hi-five! So he drops us off at Waffle House & says give us a call when you're done and we'll come grab you. Ok, not only do you take us for titties but you're feeding us too at 4am! Titties & Breakfast my friends... tittays & breakfast!!

So I think i've established the kick ass staff & shuttle service... but I haven't even talked about the hotel. There are flat screen TV's all over this place, in the lobby, in the restaurant, in your room. This is not your ordinary Holiday Inn, it's a boutique style hotel and it's fucking affordable. The restaurant had a pretty unique menu... think white trash fancy & the breakfast buffet was awesome! If you need to work out, they got a workout room & swimming pool too!

In passing conversation, I asked our driver about taxi service to the Cowboy Stadium. The next day I get a call from the front desk saying your ride is here. Are you kidding me!? It was just in passing conversation, I didn't even talk to the front desk. They took the initiative and arranged a personal driver for us. $30 flat fee to the stadium. The service at this Hotel goes beyond. I was amazed. This is unlike any Holiday Inn you've stayed at. They paid attention to our needs & they really took care of me & my friend. Kudos to upper management! The staff here is amazing. If this review hasn't made you fall in love with this hotel yet, then I hate you so much right now (cue Kelis song).

for about a year now i've been telling my co-workers we need to check this place out, we work walking distance from here. i decided all my co-workers suck for only trying this spot now. i can't believe i work with so many assholes.

anyway, my asshole co-workers and i made sweet love to these delicious tamales! sweet delicous tamale love. i'm still wiping the fresh tomatillo salsa off my cock.

i can only talk about the beef machaca & the red chile pork tamales... but let me tell ya, these tamales are like my balls on a hot summer day. moist, tasty, & wrapped in corn husk . yes, i wrap my balls in corn husk, it's good for my psoriasis.

if that description doesn't make you want to try this place, then something is seriously wrong with you!! oh, the chips and salsa are fucking fantastic too. my next visit,  i'll be making love to the sweet tamales.

my first time here... good service & easy to get drinks... all the other reviews about getting drinks... i don't understand. it was easy for me and it was low key. i like here. music was good too.

being lactose intolerant, i was really excited to try this place! i'm all about putting myself through an endurance test! i love to challenge myself. unfortunately this place does not! they DO NOT USE REAL ICE CREAM, it's LAZY soft serve! how can you specialize yourself in milk shakes and not use real ice cream. Carl's Junior even uses premium "hand-scooped" ice cream!

as other reviewers stated, it's expensive. I'm not a cheap person, but $5 for soft serve is ridiculous! and on top of that, they charge an additional $1 for each topping.

i'm just glad my friend jason (he's gay), paid for my shake.

over the weekend i went here with my family for breakfast. sooo fucking good, we licked out plates clean... the all'italiana french toast with bananas & strawberries topped with powdered sugar - delicious! i highly recommend the spinach & mushroom quiche! the salmon was fresh & tasty. the duck salad with pears & tangerines could've had more duck, but the mix of flavors hit the spot. the side of sweet potato that comes with their fritattas & quiche was really tasty too. we didn't save room for dessert, but their pictured menu reminded me to save room for my next visit! this is now my favorite breakfast spot in LA.
