Quickly becoming one of our favorite spots to visit.  We haven't really strayed from a few of their menu choices.  Their artichoke appetizer is to die for.  A whole artichoke with a creamy dipping sauce with rock shrimp.  The best shrimp I've had in a restaurant EVAR!  Their Penne Explosion entree is simply delicious.  The spicier marinara idea really works with both the pasta and definitely the sausage.  My first trip here I ordered the Caprese salad.  I loved it but i also thought it could use some garlic added to the mix.
All of their breads are so delicious and even better when drudged in olive oil/balsamic.
Go here, it's worth it.

Well now I know why my son has been trying to get me to try this place!

As I sit here, at home, finishing up my first Sidewalk Cafe iced mocha, I instantly start missing the long forgotten Ebar.  The 1st coffee bar to make residence in the Pasadena area.  The thing I liked about the Ebar was they really stuck to the many flavors of a java bean.  Sidewalk Cafe brings this idea back....and it's right down the street from us!!  From first sip I knew that it wasn't one of those overly sugared, flowery corporate drinks that have become so popular.  Perfectly done.  Well done.
Another plus to this place is that if you ask for it and it isn't on the menu, they are not afraid to try it.  My son wanted a tropical flavored iced tea and although it wasn't on the menu Bernard put together a tea that had all of the flavors my son was looking for.   I'd love to see them get really adventurous with the sandwiches in their fridge.  Eggplant, cucumbers, avocado's, cranberries and the like would go very well in all of their sandwiches fer sher.  But  the oatmeal and parfait ideas on the menu make up for all of that.

Ambiance?  Oh yah, definitely!  Great music & wifi can easily make a venue become a locals dream.  They have a really great formula working for them.  Visit this new place as soon as you can.

I knew I should have had the Baco!!

The menu was limited ( I think they ran out of a few things) but what they had sounded delicious.  We were oscillating between the baco and the breakfast burrito.  We both finally chose the breakfast burrito because we still weren't quite sure what the Baco really was.  As soon as we ordered, a huge influx of Lardon lovers attacked the truck & from what I was hearing the "Baco" was ordered by everyone.  Hrmmmm....did we make a mistake?  We never did see a baco up close and personal but we grabbed out burrito's and left.  The breakfast burrito's are HUGE.  Scott loved it but I was a little disenchanted by it.  Too many potatoes, not enough egg & they really need to spice it up a bit.  The blandness did have an accent of truly smokey goodness thanks to the bacon.  But for me, it just wasn't enough.
If the reviews prove true, I think I need to hit this truck up again just for the ever popular Baco.

I remember going here when it first opened with my family.  The server actually sat at our table to take our order and tried to have a full on conversation with us instead of actually writing our orders down.
Foodwise.  Well shit, it's Olive Garden.  I'm not expecting anything spectacular.  And that's exactly what I got.  They take Italian food to an alltime low.  It's not all about red sauce and cream sauce.  The best Italian dish I ever had consisted of mussels, garlic & mushrooms...didn't come with a side of spaghetti and most definitely didn't cost me anywhere near $18.75.

The happiest memory of this place was walking out.  They had a huge aquarium of live lobsters.  The host took one out and the lobster grabbed my nephews finger with it's tiny claw.  He was amazed.  Nice.

Oh, and change those lameass commercials.  Gag

Body bags.  It's all about giving the gift of a body bag.
Okay, just about everything they sell is pretty cool.

My first visit to this place was today.  Had to drop the car off to get the brakes done and on the way back home my Mom and I stopped here.  The menu isn't huge, which isn't a bad thing.  You have some signature drinks that you do very well you definitely want to stick to them.  I had the Mayan Mocha.  It had a little chili pepper next to it on the menu so I had to try it.  the first sip stung my tongue.  But in a good way.  A  few more sips & I started feeling it at the back of my throat.  Warm, sweet yet spicy.  Nice!
Loved the huge fireplace toward the front & the huge roaster toward the back.  Very nice touch.  Could have a little warmer feel to the room.  Was a little warehouse-ish.

I'm in total like.

Bought my Volvo from Robert Kenney about a year ago.  It was a completely painless sale.  Car shopping can be such a pain in the ass.  Not here.  Not with Mr. Kenney in charge.

Upon registering the Volvo, we hit a huge snag.  It didn't pass smog.  Ugh.  I hate that shit.  Now what do we do?  We called many repair shops and they all said that fixing the Volvo would cost us between $500 & $1500 in the end.  I had made the decision to call Mr. Kenney to ask him what repair shop he had taken it to.  So I took my car to his guy.  They fixed the car and all for under $300!  I then went back to Mr. Kenney and asked who we should take it to for the smog.  We took his advice and the Volvo passed!

Kind, pleasant and helpful.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.  He saved us so much time, stress & money.

Absolutely love this place.
Order a glass of wine, guava meatballs & the cheese plate while watching storm clouds roll in.  There is nothing finer.
I only wish I lived closer.  I would be there every day.

Why wouldn't you get AAA?
This office, in particular, is the best.  No waiting!
One would assume that car insurance here would be way too expensive.  It's not.  Coverage, tow, discounts....it's all here.

It's simple....I love my hair color!
And I love Miss Dani.  She truly is a hairstyle & makeup goddess.
Walking into this salon you feel immediately warm & welcomed.  The girls are all awesome.  And they loved my black boots!  :)
Sitting out on the balcony you can see glimpses of the ocean (when the clouds aren't covering) & if you've got your celly in hand with a hot coffee to go with all of that, it is pure love.
My hair color request was brown with blonde highlights.  Dani got to work right away using filler to make sure the color would be even.  She then started performing her magic!

LBSS is the place to go to for not only incredible hair transformations but they also make your visit fun.  You won't want to leave.
