The lunch buffet was $6.99 and, believe it or not, it wasn't worth even that. Pretty standard selections (orange chicken, chicken and peppers, pork and veggies, tasteless cream cheese wontons, ok eggrolls, small salad bar). The food tasted old and wasn't replenished while we were there over the noon hour. My friend ordered off the menu -- curried tofu --which turned out to be a small bowl of sauce with some pieces of tofu and veggies swimming in it, accompanied by a scoop of white rice. No sides or accompaniments. They had the nerve to charge $2 extra for the tofu, bringing the price of this small meal to $13, or about $7 or $8 too much. The service was slow to non-existent. This place came highly recommended, which made our visit all the more disappointing. We won't be going back.

Best Ethiopian food I've ever tasted. The lamb tibs and lamb combo platter have been my go-to dishes for some time, with the occasional fried catfish and salad platter thrown in. But since I tried the asa kitfo (chopped catfish in spicy butter with mitmita)  a few weeks ago, I have been back four or five times for the same meal. I can't get enough. This is good and spicy, with the earthiness of catfish. Served with a simple salad, stewed greens and injera. Enjoy this with a strong cup of Ethiopian coffee.

My favorite Thai spot in the Twin Cities. The Laab Gai is spicy goodness. When I'm in the mood for comfort food, I go with the Spicy Thai Fried Rice with sweet onions and basil. OMG. We have tried all of the appetizers and haven't found a clunker among them. Vegetarian friendly (they even think to ask if you eat oyster or fish sauce, used in preparing some dishes). Nice people. Great prices. Excellent food.
