I rented a truck yesterday and returned it the same day.  When I received the receipt via e-mail, I noticed that I was charged for 2 days. Despite the fact that it clearly states that the truck was rented on 7/23/11 at 8:21am and returned on 7/23/11 at 4:18pm.

After 4 calls to the phone number provided on the receipt, several internal phone transfers and ~45 of total hold time, I still don't have a resolution.  I was told that someone will call me in 3 business days.

What kind of scam are you running uhaul?  Your customer service is ridiculous!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Based on the "customer service" I received over the phone, I would never stay at this hotel, I hope you don't either.

This is not a professional business, they charged my hotel for a night that I didn't want to stay at the hotel and then gave my room away for the night that I did want to stay there despite the fact that I had reserved it months earlier.  And that's not the worst part....  The arrogance on the other end of the phone was uncalled for.  People like this don't deserve your money, stay somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Good selection of ukulele's and decent prices.  Worth a look for sure.

Don't go here to buy a ukulele.  No selection, high prices, and half baked sales people that work at a real union pace (aka, lots of breaks).

Fast, friendly, and I don't think they ripped me off.

$82 for a synthetic oil change that usually costs me over $100.

UPDATE:

It's very crowded after 6pm on weekdays not just kinda crowded.  You'll most likely need to wait to get on a cardio machine.  And all of the machines are so close together that it's possible someone else's sweat could drip on you.  Not cool!

So I guess you can add "semi-private YMCA membership" to the list of unemployment benefits because it's a much different gym after dark.

Pizza was good not great but I would definitely eat it again.

I didn't particularly like the space, tables are a bit too close together and it gets really loud in there.  If it's a sunny day, I would recommend sitting outside for lunch.  I will give them a thumbs up for carrying Mexican Coke, you know the one in the 355ML glass bottles.  Not sure why Mexican Coke tastes so much better than American Coke but it's a proven fact at this point!

If you charge $17 for a caesar salad in this economy it better be a damn good.  Unfortunately for both of us... It wasn't.

Decent spot for a drink before or after a baseball game, if you're looking for sunshine.  For lunch or dinner, you can do much better any just about any other restaurant in the area.

Their avocado falafel is to me what a hit of the rock must be to a crack head.  I don't even eat it when it hits the table, I attack it!  And sometimes I go back for seconds.

My compliments to the chef for adding some really rich flavors to otherwise light and boring vegetarian dishes but I'm going to go against the grain on this one and disagree with the majority of Yelpers and their rave reviews of Greens.

My major complaint about this place is that the price doesn't match the ambiance.  I don't mind paying over a hundred dollars for a nice meal for two but if you're going to charge that much you better make sure than not only food is up to par but the ambiance and service are well above average.  I'm sure this comment will come of as elitist but for $20 - $25 an entree I'd really like a table cloth and a comfortable chair to sit in.  Is that too much to ask?!?!

I totally understand that they are going for a "Green" vibe and table clothes require washing which is bad for the environment so I'll give them a pass on that one but I can't excuse the wicker chairs.  I've got nothing against wicker, my mom used to have them in her kitchen but she wasn't charging $22 for a plate of tofu and vegetables.  Step up the decor or lower your prices... please!  If you're not sitting next to the window and starring at the Bay the entire meal, the ambiance gets a zero in my book.
