We hired KCB to do our renovation in 2015. There were multiple problems with them not honoring their contract including cost disputes and code/safety violations (eg: using 14 gauge wire on a 20 amp circuit), so we ended up finishing the project with another contractor.

Horrible customer service. They refused to add chocolate to my drink and said that the owner explicitly told them to not allow customization of drinks.

I know there are people who wish for the ability to give 0 stars. This place makes me wish I could give negative stars to take away the ones given by others. This was by far the absolute worst car wash experience that I have ever had.

Exterior looks like someone took a hose to it and didn't bother scrubbing anywhere. I just took a rag and some water to it after the wash and was able to still get off a bunch of dirt that was ignored as they just tried to get my car through as quickly as possible.

Interior had NEW STAINS after the wash. The interior was perfectly fine before the wash. I was mainly concerned about the exterior. How the heck did they add not one but TWO NEW STAINS to my upholstery?!

And to top it all off, they bent my car antenna and broke its holder ... that's going to be probably $500 to replace/repair at the dealership.

We've found our go-to plumber!

We needed to redo our water service entrance and main feed lines under the house. Sam took a look at our situation and immediately knew what to do. It is obvious that he has pride in his work and wants to make sure a job gets done right. He said that he refuses to do work if the customer or GC asks him to cut corners, and I really value that mindset.

Kratzer Plumbing was a tad more expensive than some competing bids, but we decided to go with them because of their attitude and professionalism. I'm very glad we did. They are 100% worth it. There was one minor issue with something not being done to contract, and they came back immediately to make the change and even went beyond what was required by our contract.
