Seared Tuna and Bonito were both wonderful. Also fried rice with garlic and perilla was so flavorful and tasty.
Agedashi-Dofu was the best I have had in US.

This is an amazing ramen restaurant outside of Japan. I bet the store will come back to Japan to extend its services there since the quality of ramen is much better than those of Japanese ramen restaurant in the home country!

Shituan Dried long beans and a spicy fish soup were delicious. These increase appetite to east them with steamed rice.

Jou-sushi did not consist of high quality sea food such as sea urchin, etc. It only includes more pieces of ordinary sushi than Nami-sushi. The quality of sushi was terrible compared to authentic Japanese sushi. It is not worth spending money for sushi in this restaurant.
