Waited over 90 minutes when the delivery estimate was supposed to be 35-50 minutes. Called to check on my order and was put on hold FIVE times only to be told that my food was still sitting at the restaurant on the counter (this was after waiting an hour) and would be delivered in 20 minutes. When I asked if the food was still hot, the man on the phone simply offered "would you like to cancel the order?".

Lousy customer service. I've ordered from this place over a dozen times and was always very happy with the food and the service.

Not sure what changed - but never again. They lost a regular customer.

Very disappointed with my first visit. I scheduled a couples massage as a gift. Upon arrival, we were informed that the couples room was mistakenly double-booked and that we'd have to be placed into separate rooms. This defeated the purpose of scheduling a couples massage. No one even called to let us know before we showed up. If I wanted two separate massages, I would have purchased two separate massages. Unacceptable.
