I loved the buns, especially the fluke one, the shrimp toast and the pretzel dumplings in that order. I was a little underwhelmed with the fried chicken though it was pretty good and the Oyster Pad Thai was also just ok. I wish I had gone for the Bahn Mi and the lobster soup. Definitely will return and make better ordering choices.
We randomly walked into this place one night after failing to get in to another restaurant and really liked our experience. The food was well above average and exceeded our expectations.
It's all relative. People mention the high prices but if you're used to Manhattan prices you can eat like a King at China Max. Food is very good, still love the fantasy shrimp after all these years.

Below average everything--food, service, decor. They alerted us to the fact that one of the main dishes we ordered was unavailable after they had delivered all the other food to us. Can't imagine a situation where I would ever visit this mediocre spot again.

Where is the 6th star because this place deserves it. The massages were great but I think great massages can be had in a lot of spas in Vegas. It's the place itself that makes Canyon Ranch the most incredible spa I've ever been to. I still think about those rainforest showers and the igloo room. Biggest mistake we made in Vegas was only giving ourselves an hour to enjoy this place. I'd spend the day next time.

What a great little hidden gem! Beautiful place to sit and have a drink. There's a show on the water every half hour or so. It's amazing that this place isn't packed solid every single night but we got a great table for 4. The drinks were delicious but it's the atmosphere that really makes this place a 5-star.

There are a lot of very good places to eat in Las Vegas but there aren't that many excellent places. Sage is one of the very few perfect Vegas restaurants. The food is just sensational--fresh, inventive and delicious. The service was great too.

Great place to sit outside and drink a beer on a nice day. Unfortunately, every local and tourist on the planet feels the same way. They won't seat you until your whole party is there and they take it a step further and won't let anyone *join* your table which is a little hardcore.

Got a pretty good haircut here after making an emergency Monday appointment. The service in the salon is kind of off, though. Maybe because it was a Monday but the front desk and coat check were both unstaffed. My stylist was nice and good, though.

Cute place with the great nostalgic vibe and pretty delicious milkshakes. I bought candy cigarettes just because I hadn't seen them sold anywhere in forever. They're still at the bottom of my purse somewhere because, while cool, candy cigarettes aren't that delicious and I don't feel right giving them to my 2-yr old. :-)
