Don't come here for your authentic experience. You won't get Chinese food that you're expecting. Exception, the Szechuan dishes are pretty authentic because they blow your mouth out with numbing heat. Come here for Asian flavors and dishes with different ingredients. Call it.... Chinese-inspired. It's not for everyone, but for me it's great having these options available.
The mongolian beef cheek is a great idea. Braise the shit out of a beef cheek so its fork tender - then toss it with your normal mongolian beef onions and soy sauce.
Sizzling cumin lamb - cumin lamb. Okay that's normal. But replace the lamb meat with lamb BELLY! Tastiness ensues.
Char siu pork belly was only alright - it's hard for pork belly not to taste good because it's so fatty. Definitely a must try if you do not know what char siu pork is.
I've also had the lamb noodle soup and the eggplant, but those are pretty straightforward. The lamb soup is a rift off of a popular beef noodle soup, but just replace the beef with more lamb.
Next one to try: the ma po tofu

Oh fuuuuuu I live right across the street from Taqueria Cancun - YEA BABY!
Really great, juicy, crunchy, fatty carnitas - up there with the best I've had. They are generous with their portions - $5.99 for a monster burrito that is difficult to finish.
You know what's great about Taqueria Cancun? THEY USE A WHOLE AVOCADO IN YOUR BURRITO.
Or maybe it's half. I don't know - I love living next to it.

I went with the smaller-sized wok as I have a standard range in my apartment. I don't have a fancy 6-fire stove or professional grade range.
If you have a standard 4-burner stove, get the 12 inch size so you can generate enough heat for your wok to stir-fry. It's all about that high heat! I got recommended the 14 inch wok but it would have definitely not fit on my stove nor generate enough constant heat due to its size.
