I was a little disappointed in the albacore tuna sandwich and onion rings, sandwich was very oily and was soggy on take out when I got home, less than 5 min away. The thickness of the fish was equal or less than the tomato slice...hmmm
Service and friendliness is excellent.
the burgers and fries are great, but maybe I will stick to those. I know the turkey and vege burgers are also very good.
Parking at this location is easy.

Bad experience, reps are obviously overworked, or not paying attention.
They tell customers what to do, but then when they do it they do something else, and basically tell you good luck!
Maybe time to look at other products... Apple appears to be losing it.

I am writing this review for my wife who received a gift card for Amadeus from her mother in law.
This is also for the management/owner to read.
I dropped my wife off to enjoy the spa, upon entering the business things seemed ok, a few minutes after starting the message, construction began in the parking lot above the complex. I am talking loud noises. I have video and pictures.
At this point the manager/owner should have taken care of the situation by going out to the construction works and asking them to please stop, apparently they where not supposed to start until 3:30? Anyway it gets better. My wife continues to try and enjoy the message and it is pretty bad with all the noise.
My wife asked for the manager on duty to make things right, and the what began was some sort of negotiation, i.e. 10% off , then 20% off, then 30%, that's ridiculous. When a customer has a bad experience like this you issue a complimentary session and you could save a customer. Now you have an upset customer who will never go back and she is telling everyone about her bad experience. The manager on duty needs proper training on customer relations.
Apparently the massage was good, but that is only part of the overall experience.

Place is clean and would highly recommend to others. One thing that caught me off guard was that there was nobody when I got there, and he said that there was one car in front of me. There was no car. Then 20 minutes later a car showed up. So as his site says "First come - First served basis and We Do NOT Accept Appointments - Walk In Waiting List Only" may or may not be accurate. Did this other person call? Had they already been there? I have no idea... I just know that they where not in front of me when I got there. The place was empty. I waited 40 minutes before they left. So why do I still give a great review?

Joe runs one of the best smog check stations around. Honest, easy to talk to, looks out for the customers. Service is great and his prices are the best in town.
Don't waste your time with the other places, go to Joe's and you will not go anywhere else.
Parking can be a bit tricky and you may have to wait but it is worth it.
