I have nothing but positive things to say about Sutter. My relative recently went here for cancer surgery and treatment and thus far she is doing really well. While we were waiting in the lounge area the security guard handed us a Christmas treat and talked with us for a bit. Nurses came regularly and updated us on my relative's status as well as the doctor when he got a chance. Their outpatient home care also was super patient and awesome. HUGE THANK YOU!!

2.5 stars. This place is super overwhelming at times when there are tons of people. It always seems like I am going in circles when I want to leave despite the maps overhead. If there is a natural disaster this place could easily house a small city and feed them.

I thought I wrote a review for this place.. WTH...
I heart Broadway San Jose. Jeff and I had made a resolution 3 years ago to see more shows and this place has definitely helped us fulfill that goal. There is not a bad seat in the house, there is tons of parking nearby and even when the Sharks are playing we are able to navigate and get to our show with time to spare. The staff is super friendly and helpful when ordering tickets and the day of the show. So far we have seen: Cats, Riverdance, Avenue Q, Stomp and this year we are also planning on seeing In the Heights :).

The Cook was clipping his nails in the dining area which almost made me turn around and walk out. FORTUNATELY he washed his hands before cooking. The boyfriend didn't realize that Lee's Sandwiches was closed and it was ETA for CATS @ Broadway San Jose 45 minutes.. I saw the familiar Hawaiian Drive Inn sign and in we went. I got the mini short rib plate, the bf got the mixed plate.. The mini was indeed mini.. thankfully the plus one didn't want one of the short ribs from his plate.
Bad place for an elite event but fantastic place to take your plus one/ small family affair/ prom dates. This place has been around for what seems like forever. I have gone for prom in high school.. and as an adult. Still stellar and delicious!
You cannot go wrong with anything dipped in cheese and or chocolate. I can go on about all of the exotic meats and how the meal for two could easily fill a family.. it is a lot (IMHO) to eat.
Service is awesome.

I have been bummed recently and it's been nice to see old OG yelper folks. Tonight I went here for the first time and I am mos def a fan!!
The fried egg rolls were delicious.
Super fresh lettuce and fixings
The pork meatballs totally hit the spot
The calamari was also good (perfect breading.. super light and crispy).
The wait staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and made some suggestions. They totally take the time to explain the dishes to make sure it is what you want. Additionally the food was out super quick... yeahy buddy!
Overall.. will be back!

If you are looking for coffee stuff this place is the place to go.. tons of coffee cart goodies and syrups.
I happened to get a box of their tilapia for reasonable price.. the meat looked okay.. the hunks of cheese and bacon made me drool a wee bit..
Overall a warehouse of all things you would need for a restaurant/ coffee cart without needing a membership card.
