I was introduced to Dr. Yin by a friend. I am one of those uber skeptical people who didn't trust Chiropractors. A few years ago I went to another practitioner and this person made me feel really uncomfortable and I found that I didn't like the experience. After that experience, I swore I would never go to another Chiropractor.
Upon meeting Dr. Yin, I found that she was very nice and easy to talk too. I was so at ease that I forgot that Chiropractors weirded me out. I was open an honest about my feelings to her and she was very receptive to my comments.
I have been seeing her for about a year. I've noticed a marked improvement in the health of my body from the treatment. I when I do get a neck or muscle spasm I always go in for treatment. I noticed that after each treatment I feel relaxed and well aligned.
I would recommend her services 100%. She is very professional and you will be surprised how comfortable you feel in her offices.
I'd also like to mention, she's got a really great office staff.

I stop in for a tune up every 6 months. My stuff gets cleaned, examined, and anything that is loose gets fixed by the staff. One of the prongs on my ring kept on snagging on my sweaters. Brought it in and they fixed it in a few minutes, got a quick cleaning and off I went!
Joe Escobar Diamonds is located across the street from the Elephant Bar. According to my fiance, an ideal location for a would be groom to dash over to for some alcoholic comfort after shelling out a few G for a rock.
The location is well lit and very clean. When you go into the store someone immediately will offer help or a beverage. I would suggest asking for Erik, he's a certified gemologist and very knowledgeable of the business. We worked with Erik for about 3 months going in every Thursday to see various stones and settings.
The diamonds may appear more expensive than what you can find on Blue Nile. But after careful research, we found that the diamonds at JE were top quality and actually priced even better than blue Nile. Remember perfect stone is a combination of your 4 C's.
If you are unsure about what you want , Erik is pretty helpful about educating you on diamonds. Although, I recommend that you go and do your homework before visiting a jeweler even Joe Escobar.

I've driven by this place every week for almost 3 years and never bothered to stop by and eat. The name Spin a Yarn is pretty weird and it never appealed to me. The restaurant is really cute with a lovely covered patio. I ordered eggs Benedict, it was surprisingly good. I was impressed with the portions, the service, and the taste of the food. I will definitely come back again.
I found out about Chef Monalisa from a friend. So far she has been a joy to work with. She has been pretty responsive through out the planning process and we look forward to seeing the final outcome on the day of the event. Will return with a review of the food and service later on.

The metro newspaper has a 15% off coupon each week for Lee's Sandwiches for you cheap eaters out there. The place is pretty good for a Vietnamese Sandwich. It'll would be even better if they added cucumbers to the sandwiches. I'm not really sure why they skimp on the cucumbers.
I only have one beef with this place. If you think these sandwiches are cheap you should have eaten them 10 years ago. I remember buying a lees sandwich for 75 cents. Inflation I guess.
I like to order the BBQ pork with an avocado shake. Yum Yum. With a 15% off it makes for a good deal.
6/13 I'm down grading Lees sandwich to 3 stars from 4. They are getting really skimpy on the meat.

Current CrushThat guy I married.
I started off seeing her every 3 weeks or so, when I first found out I was pregnant. Then moved to every two weeks after the 5th or 6th month. Now in my 8th and 9th, I am seeing her office twice a week.
My baby has turned and I think its due to the chiropractic care I've been recieving over the last few months. My pelvic area has opened up and from what I've learned from each visit that it is in good alignment for delivery.
I would recommend Dr. Yin for your prenatal care. I see this as preventative maintenance, kind of like getting a tune up and oil change before a big race. Postpartum, I plan to continue my treatment to help me recover and heal properly.
